Claims (5)
- 사출물 제조 방법에 있어서,내측면에 문양이 형성된 반투명한 또는 투명한 재질의 사출물을 성형하는 성형 단계;문양이 형성된 상기 사출물의 내측면에 베이스 코팅층을 형성하는 제1 베이스 코팅 단계; 및상기 사출물의 외측면에 클리어 코팅층을 형성하는 클리어 코팅 단계를 포함하고,상기 제1 베이스 코팅 단계에서, 상기 베이스 코팅층은 색상을 가지는 베이스 코트로 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 사출물 제조 방법.
- 제1 항에 있어서, 상기 사출물의 내측면에는 상대 사출물과 결합하는 구조물들이 형성되며, 상기 구조물들 상에 형성되는 상기 베이스 코팅층이 블랙 계열의 색상을 가짐으로써, 상기 사출물의 외측면에서 상기 구조물들이 은폐됨을 특징으로 하는 사출물 제조 방법.
- 제1 항에 있어서, 상기 제1 베이스 코팅 단계 전, 상기 사출물의 내측면에 주석(Sn) 또는 규소(Si) 증착층을 형성하는 증착 단계를 더 포함하고,상기 주석 또는 규소 증착층에 의해 상기 사출물의 외측면에서는 상기 베이스 코팅층의 색상을 가지는 금속성 광택이 제공됨을 특징으로 하는 사출물 제조 방법.
- 제1 항에 있어서, 상기 제1 베이스 코팅 단계 전, 상기 사출물의 내측면을 금속성 실버 색상의 도료로 도장하는 도장 단계를 더 포함하고,상기 도료에 의해 상기 사출물의 외측면에서는 상기 베이스 코팅층의 색상을 가지는 금속성 광택이 제공됨을 특징으로 하는 사출물 제조 방법.
- 제1 항 내지 제4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 클리어 코팅 단계 전, 상기 사출물의 외측면에 투명한 베이스 코팅층을 형성하는 제2 베이스 코팅 단계를 더 포함함을 특징으로 하는 사출물 제조 방법.
