Abstract
Description
Claims (17)
- a) 미생물을 세포 배양 배지 내로 옮기는 단계, 및
b) 세포 배양 배지 내에서 미생물을 배양하는 단계
(상기 세포 배양 배지는 암모늄 타르트레이트를 함유함) 를 포함하는, 트라우스토키트리알레스 목의 미생물의 배양 방법. - a) 트라우스토키트리알레스 목의 미생물을 세포 배양 배지 내로 옮기는 단계,
b) 세포 배양 배지 내에서 미생물을 배양하는 단계, 및
c) 다중불포화 지방산을 미생물 및/또는 세포 배양물로부터 수확하는 단계
(상기 세포 배양 배지는 암모늄 타르트레이트를 함유함) 를 포함하는, 하나 이상의 다중불포화 지방산의 제조 방법. - 제 2 항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 다중불포화 지방산이 추가 단계 d) 에서 기타 지질로부터 분리되는 방법.
- 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서, 다중불포화 지방산이 오메가-3-도코사헥사엔산 (DHA) 및/또는 오메가-3-도코사펜타엔산 (DPA) 을 함유하는 방법.
- 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서, 다중불포화 지방산이 오메가-3-도코사헥사엔산 (DHA) 및/또는 오메가-3-도코사펜타엔산 (DPA) 인 방법.
- 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서, 다중불포화 지방산이 오메가-3-도코사헥사엔산 (DHA) 인 방법.
- 제 2 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 트라우스토키트리알레스 목의 미생물이 단계 c) 에서 (미생물의 총 건조 중량에 대해) 28 중량% 이상의 오메가-3-도코사헥사엔산 (DHA) 을 함유하는 방법.
- 제 2 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 트라우스토키트리알레스 목의 미생물이 단계 c) 에서 (미생물의 총 건조 중량에 대해) 60 중량% 이상의 지질을 함유하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 트라우스토키트리알레스 목의 미생물이 울케니아 속에 속하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 세포 배양 배지 내의 암모늄 타르트레이트가 질소원으로서 사용되는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 암모늄 타르트레이트가 세포 배양 배지 내의 유일한 질소원인 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 11 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 세포 배양 배지가 0.6 g/리터 내지 4.0 g/리터의 술페이트-이온을 함유하는 방법.
- 질소원으로서 암모늄 타르트레이트를 함유하는, 트라우스토키트리알레스 목의 미생물 배양용 세포 배양 배지.
- 트라우스토키트리알레스 목의 미생물 배양용 세포 배양 배지 내의 질소원으로서의 암모늄 타르트레이트의 용도.
- 세포 배양 배지 내 트라우스토키트리알레스 목의 미생물의 배양에 의한 하나 이상의 다중불포화 지방산 제조용 세포 배양 배지 내의 질소원으로서의 암모늄 타르트레이트의 용도.
- 제 15 항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 다중불포화 지방산이 오메가-3-도코사헥사엔산 (DHA) 및/또는 오메가-3-도코사펜타엔산 (DPA) 인 용도.
- 제 14 항 내지 제 16 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 트라우스토키트리알레스 목의 미생물이 울케니아 속에 속하는 용도.
