Claims (12)
- 분자 중에 3-옥세타닐기 및 에폭시기로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 반응성기를 갖는 가교성 중합체를 산무수물과 반응시켜 중합체를 부분적으로 가교시킴으로써 수득된 반응성 중합체가 담지되어 있는 다공성 필름 기재를 포함하는, 전지용 세퍼레이터를 위한 반응성 중합체-담지된 다공성 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
가교성 중합체가 3-옥세타닐기를 갖는 라디칼 중합성 단량체 및 에폭시기를 갖는 라디칼 중합성 단량체로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 라디칼 중합성 단량체와 다른 라디칼 중합성 단량체의 라디칼 공중합체인, 반응성 중합체-담지된 다공성 필름. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 3-옥세타닐기를 갖는 라디칼 중합성 단량체 및 에폭시기를 갖는 라디칼 중합성 단량체로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 라디칼 중합성 단량체가, 전체 단량체의 중량을 기준으로 5 내지 50중량%의 양으로 사용된, 반응성 중합체-담지된 다공성 필름. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
반응성 중합체가 1 내지 90%의 불용분을 갖는, 반응성 중합체-담지된 다공성 필름. - 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서,
다른 라디칼 중합성 단량체가 하기 화학식 3으로 표시되는 (메트)아크릴레이트 및 하기 화학식 4로 표시되는 바이닐 에스터 중에서 선택된 하나 이상인, 반응성 중합체-담지된 다공성 필름.

상기 식에서, R5는 수소 원자 또는 메틸기를 나타내고, A는 탄소수 2 또는 3의 옥시에틸렌기 또는 옥시프로필렌기를 나타내고, R6은 탄소수 1 내지 6의 알킬기 또는 탄소수 1 내지 6의 플루오르화된 알킬기를 나타내고, n은 0 내지 3의 정수이다.

가교성 중합체가 70℃ 이하의 유리전이 온도를 갖는, 반응성 중합체-담지된 다공성 필름. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
다공성 필름 기재가 3 내지 50㎛의 두께 및 20 내지 95%의 공극률을 갖는, 반응성 중합체-담지된 다공성 필름. - 분자 중에 3-옥세타닐기 및 에폭시기로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 반응성기를 갖는 가교성 중합체 및 산무수물을 다공성 필름 기재 상에 담지시키는 단계;
반응성기의 일부를 산무수물과 반응시켜서 반응성 중합체를 부분적으로 가교시키는 단계; 및
반응성 중합체를 다공성 필름 기재 상에 형성시키는 단계
를 포함하는, 제 1 항의 전지용 세퍼레이터를 위한 반응성 중합체-담지된 다공성 필름의 제조 방법. - 제 10 항에 있어서,
가교성 중합체 및 산무수물을 함유하는 용액을 박리지에 도포하는 단계;
상기 용액을 건조시켜 가교성 중합체/산무수물 층을 박리지에 형성하는 단계;
다공성 필름 기재 상에 상기 층을 전사시켜, 가교성 중합체 및 산무수물을 다공성 필름 기재 상에 담지시키는 단계를 포함하는 제조 방법. - 제 11 항에 있어서,
70℃ 이하의 유리 전이 온도를 갖는 가교성 중합체/산무수물 층을 100℃ 이하의 온도로 가열하고, 상기 층을 다공성 필름 기재에 전사시키는 단계를 포함하는 제조 방법.
