도 3은 도 1의 유체기기 유닛 내에 형성된 유로 구성예를 나타내는 계통도이다.
도 4는 제2 밸브의 밸브체 형상예를 나타내는 주요부의 단면도이다.

Claims (3)
- 유로를 통해 접속되는 복수의 유체기기류를 베이스 부재에 집적하여 일체화되며, 상기 베이스 부재에 형성된 유체 메인 유로 및 리턴 유로에 각각 유로 전환용의 제1 밸브 및 제2 밸브가 설치되어 있는 유체기기 유닛 구조에 있어서,
상기 리턴 유로가 상기 유체 메인 유로로부터 분기되는 위치를 상기 제1 밸브의 상류측 근방으로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 유체기기 유닛 구조. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 리턴 유로가 상기 유체 메인 유로로부터 분기되는 상기 제1 밸브의 상류측 근방은, 상기 제1 밸브가 플러그형의 밸브체를 상하 이동시켜서 상기 유체 메인 유로의 상향 개구 부분을 개폐하는 타입이 되고, 상기 제1 밸브의 밸브 시트가 되는 상기 베이스 부재의 두께에 밸브 시트 강성을 확보한 위치인 것을 특징으로 하는 유체기기 유닛 구조. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 제2 밸브는, 다이어프램에 액체 압력을 받는 동시에 개폐 조작 기구에 의해 플러그형의 밸브체를 상하 이동시켜서 상기 리턴 유로를 개폐하고, 상기 밸브체의 선단부측 직경에 대하여 근원측 직경을 작게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 유체기기 유닛 구조.
