Claims (7)
- 유리 전이온도가 110℃ 이상 200℃ 이하의 범위 내에 있는 아크릴계 수지를 포함하는 아크릴계 수지필름에 보호필름을 붙이는 공정을 포함하는 아크릴계 수지필름의 제조방법에 있어서,상기 보호필름에 있어서의 상기 아크릴계 수지필름과 접하는 면의 23℃에서의 초기 점착력이 0.02N/50mm 폭 이상 0.15N/50mm폭 미만의 범위 내에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 아크릴계 수지필름의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 장력 테이퍼를 5% 이상 30% 이하의 범위 내의 비율로 하고, 롤 직경의 증가에 따른 장력을 감소시키는 것에 의해, 보호필름을 붙인 상기 아크릴계수지 필름을 롤상으로 권취하는 공정을 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 아크릴계 수지필름의 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 아크릴계 수지필름의 두께가 50μm 이상 600μm 이하의 범위 내에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 아크릴계 수지필름의 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 아크릴계 수지가 락톤환 구조를 갖는 중합체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 아크릴계 수지필름의 제조방법.
- 유리전이온도가 110℃ 이상 200℃ 이하의 범위 내에 있는 아크릴계 수지를 포함하는 아크릴계 수지필름에, 보호필름이 붙여진 필름 적층체에 있어서,상기 보호필름에 있어서의 상기 아크릴계 수지필름과 접하는 면의 23℃에서의 초기 점착력이 0.02N/50mm 폭 이상 0.15N/50mm폭 미만의 범위 내에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 필름 적층체.
- 유리전이온도가 110℃ 이상 200℃ 이하의 범위 내에 있는 아크릴계 수지를 포함하는 아크릴계 수지필름에, 보호필름이 붙여진 필름 적층체에 있어서,상기 보호필름에 있어서의 상기 아크릴계 수지필름과 접하는 면의 23℃에서의 점착력이 0.02N/50mm 폭 이상 0.15N/50mm폭 미만의 범위 내에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 필름 적층체.
- 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 상기 아크릴계 수지가 락톤환 구조를 갖는 중합 체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 필름 적층체.
