Claims (2)
- MEMS 마이크로-스위치 어레이 기반의 전류 제한 인에이블된 회로 인터럽트 장치(a MEMS micro-switch array based current limiting enabled circuit interrupting apparatus)로서,과전류 보호 구성요소(an over-current protective component)를 포함하되,상기 과전류 보호 구성요소는,복수의 마이크로-전자기계적 시스템 스위칭 디바이스를 포함하는 스위칭 회로와,상기 과전류 보호 구성요소와 동작가능하게 연결된 회로 차단기 구성요소(a circuit breaker component)를 포함하는MEMS 마이크로-스위치 어레이 기반의 전류 제한 인에이블된 회로 인터럽트 장치.
- MEMS 마이크로-스위치 어레이 기반의 전류 제한 인에이블된 회로 인터럽트 장치로서,과전류 보호 구성요소를 포함하되,상기 과전류 보호 구성요소는,복수의 마이크로-전자기계적 시스템 스위칭 디바이스를 포함하는 스위 칭 회로와,상기 과전류 보호 구성요소와 동작가능하게 연결되고, 수동으로 또는 자동으로 개방되도록 구성된 스위칭 구성요소를 포함하는MEMS 마이크로-스위치 어레이 기반의 전류 제한 인에이블된 회로 인터럽트 장치.
