Description
Claims (13)
- 電流路に組み込まれた制御回路と、
前記電流路に設置された少なくとも1つの微小電子機械システム(MEMS)スイッチと、
前記少なくとも1つのMEMSスイッチに電気的に接続され、互いに直列に接続された第1のパルスインダクタンスと第1のパルスキャパシタンスと第1のパルススイッチとを含み、前記少なくとも1つのMEMSスイッチの開動作をアークを生じることなく円滑に行うハイブリッドアークレス制限(HALT)回路と、
前記少なくとも1つのMEMSスイッチに電気的に接続され、互いに直列に接続された第2のパルスインダクタンスと第2のパルスキャパシタンスと第2のパルススイッチとを含み、前記少なくとも1つのMEMSスイッチの閉動作をアークを生じることなく円滑に行うパルス支援ターンオン(PATO)回路と、
前記HALT回路と前記PATO回路とに電気的に接続され、抵抗と単一の電圧源を含み、電荷を前記HALT回路および前記PATO回路に移動するキャパシタンス充電回路網と、
を備える、電流制御装置。 - 前記パルスキャパシタンスの放電により、前記少なくとも1つのMEMSスイッチの開動作をアークを生じることなく円滑に行う、請求項1に記載の電流制御装置。
- 前記HALT回路は、前記MEMSスイッチの閉状態から開状態への状態変化に反応して、前記MEMSスイッチからの電気エネルギの移動を受け入れる、請求項1に記載の電流制御装置。
- 前記パルスキャパシタンスの放電により、前記少なくとも1つのMEMSスイッチの閉動作をアークを生じることなく円滑に行う、請求項1に記載の電流制御装置。
- 前記PATO回路は、前記MEMSスイッチの開状態から閉状態への状態変化に反応して、前記MEMSスイッチからの電気エネルギの移動を受け入れる、請求項1に記載の電流制御装置。
- 前記HALT回路及びPATO回路は、前記少なくとも1つのMEMSスイッチに並列に接続された平衡ダイオードブリッジを含む、請求項1に記載の電流制御装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つのMEMSスイッチに並列に接続され、前記電流路内の電流過負荷に反応して、前記電流路から過負荷電流を受け取る電子バイパス回路を更に含む、請求項1に記載の電流制御装置。
- 前記電流路に設置され、前記電流路上の電気負荷の空隙絶縁を安全に行うための最終絶縁回路を更に含む、請求項1に記載の電流制御装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つのMEMSスイッチは、前記電流路に沿って直列に接続される複数のMEMSスイッチのうちの1つである、請求項1に記載の電流制御装置。
- 前記複数のMEMSスイッチのそれぞれに電気的に接続された、前記複数のMEMSスイッチ間で電圧を均等にするための電圧勾配緩和回路網を更に含む、請求項9に記載の電流制御装置。
- 前記複数のMEMSスイッチの両端に平衡ダイオードブリッジが並列に接続される、請求項9に記載の電流制御装置。
- 前記電流制御装置は、前記電流路において、アークレス直流回路遮断器として機能する、請求項1に記載の電流制御装置。
- 電流路の電流を制御する方法であって、
前記電流路に設置された少なくとも1つの微小電子機械システム(MEMS)スイッチからの電気エネルギを、前記少なくとも1つのMEMSスイッチに並列に接続されたハイブリッドアークレス制限(HALT)回路に移送することによって、前記少なくとも1つのMEMSスイッチによる前記電流路の開路を円滑に行うこと、
前記少なくとも1つのMEMSスイッチからの電気エネルギを、前記少なくとも1つのMEMSスイッチに並列に接続されたパルス支援ターンオン(PATO)回路に移送することによって、前記少なくとも1つのMEMSスイッチによる前記電流路の閉路を円滑に行うこと、
前記少なくとも1つのMEMSスイッチから前記HALT回路への電気エネルギの移送は、前記HALT回路の第1のパルスキャパシタンスを放電することを含み、
前記少なくとも1つのMEMSスイッチから前記PATO回路への電気エネルギの移送は、前記HALT回路の第2のパルスキャパシタンスを放電することを含み、
前記第1および第2のパルスキャパシタンスは、抵抗と単一の電圧源を含むキャパシタンス充電回路網により充電される、
