Description
Claims (20)
- 마린 오일을 구조화된 패킹을 함유하는 박막 컬럼내의 역류 스팀 증류(CCSD)에 제공하는 단계, 및 필요에 따라 산화방지제를 첨가하는 단계를 포함하는, 탈취되고 안정화된 식품-등급 마린 오일의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,마린 오일을 허브 추출물 탈취제의 존재하에 CCSD에 제공하는 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,연속식 역류 스팀 증류인 제조 방법.
- 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서,허브 추출물 탈취제가 로즈마리 및/또는 세이지 추출물인 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,산화방지제가 아스코빌 팔미테이트 및/또는 토코페롤 및 선택적으로 시트르산을 포함하는 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,마린 오일이 하나 이상의 다불포화 지방산(PUFA)을 포함하는 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,마린 오일이 PUFA-함유 식품 오일 또는 알킬 에스터, 바람직하게는 에틸 에스터 농축물인 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,증류가 0.1 내지 10hPa, 바람직하게는 0.5 내지 10hPa, 더욱 바람직하게는 1 내지 5hPa의 감압하에 수행되는 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항중 어느 한 항에 따른 제조 방법에 의해 제조된 탈취되고 안정화된 식품-등급 마린 오일.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항중 어느 한 항에 따른 제조 방법에 의해 제조가능한 탈취되고 안정화된 식품-등급 마린 오일.
- 1.5 미만, 바람직하게는 1.0 내지 1.3, 더욱 바람직하게는 1.0 내지 1.1, 가장 바람직하게는 1.0의 FAST 지수(상표명)를 갖는 탈취되고 안정화된 식품-등급 마린 오일.
- 제 9 항 내지 제 11 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,6.2시간 초과의 란시매트 유도 시간 값을 갖는 마린 오일.
- 제 9 항 내지 제 11 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,10.15 내지 20시간의 란시매트 유도 시간 값을 갖는 마린 오일.
- 식이 또는 건강 보충제, 강화 식품 또는 사료, 기능성 식품 또는 사료, 또는 미용 또는 약학 제제의 제조에 있어서, 제 9 항 내지 제 13 항중 어느 한 항에 따른 탈취되고 안정화된 식품-등급 마린 오일의 용도.
- 제 9 항 내지 제 13 항중 어느 한 항에 따른 탈취되고 안정화된 식품-등급 마린 오일을 함유하는 식이 또는 건강 보충제.
- 제 9 항 내지 제 13 항중 어느 한 항에 따른 탈취되고 안정화된 식품-등급 마린 오일을 함유하는 강화 또는 기능성 식품.
- 제 9 항 내지 제 13 항중 어느 한 항에 따른 탈취되고 안정화된 식품-등급 마린 오일을 함유하는 미용 제품.
- 제 9 항 내지 제 13 항중 어느 한 항에 따른 탈취되고 안정화된 식품-등급 마린 오일을 함유하는 약학 제제.
- 제 9 항 내지 제 13 항중 어느 한 항에 따른 탈취되고 안정화된 식품-등급 마린 오일의 제조에 있어서, 구조화된 패킹으로 충전된 박막 증류 컬럼의 용도.
- 목적 양의 n-3 지방산을 함유하는 액체 형태인 소정량의 마린 오일을 액체 형태 자체로, 에멀젼 또는 겔의 형태로, 또는 무수 형태로 중간 식품 또는 이의 성분에 첨가하는 단계, 격렬하게 혼합함으로써 분산시키는 단계, 및 필요에 따라 수득된 배합물을 목적 제품으로 추가로 가공하고 후처리하는 단계를 포함하는, 중간 식품 또는 이의 성분으로부터 n-3 PUFA가 풍부한 제 15 항 또는 제 16 항에 따른 식이, 건강 또는 영양 보충제, 또는 강화 또는 기능성 식품의 제조 방법.
