Claims (24)
- (a) 디플루오로메탄(R-32)를 포함하는 제1성분;(b) C2 -C5 멀티플루오르화된 올레핀들 중에서 선택되는 제2성분; 및(c) C2-C3 플루오르화된 알칸, CF₃I 및 이들의 조합으로부터 선택되는 적어도 하나의 임의의 제3성분을 포함하는 열 전달 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제2성분은 적어도 하나의 C3-C5 테트라- 또는 펜타-플루오르화된 올레핀을 포함하는 열 전달 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제2성분은 말단 -CF3 분획 및 하나 이하의 플루오로 치환체를 갖는 불포화된 말단 탄소를 갖는 적어도 하나의 C3-C5 테트라- 또는 펜타-플루오르화된 올레핀을 포함하는 열 전달 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 제2성분은 1,1,1,3-테트라플루오로프로펜(HFO-1234ze)을 포함하는 말단 -CF3 분획 및 하나 이하의 플루오로 치환체를 갖는 불포화된 말단 탄소를 갖는 적어도 하나의 C3-C5 테트라- 또는 펜타-플루오르화된 올레핀을 포함하는 열 전달 조성물.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 제2성분은 트랜스-1,1,1,3-테트라플루오로프로펜(트랜스HFO-1234ze)을 포함하는 말단 -CF3 분획 및 하나 이하의 플루오로 치환체를 갖는 불포화된 말단 탄소를 갖는 적어도 하나의 C3-C5 테트라- 또는 펜타-플루오르화된 올레핀을 포함하는 열 전달 조성물.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 조성물은 약 3 내지 약 98중량%의 HFO-32 및 약 2 내지 약 97중량%의 트랜스HFO-1234ze를 포함하고, 이들 각각은 상기 조성물 내의 트랜스HFO-1234ze 및 HFC-32의 총 중량에 대하여 측정된 것인 열 전달 조성물.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 조성물은 약 45 내지 약 55중량%의 HFO-32 및 약 45 내지 약 55중량%의 트랜스HFO-1234ze를 포함하고, 이들 각각은 상기 조성물 내의 트랜스HFO-1234ze 및 HFC-32의 총 중량에 대하여 측정된 것인 열 전달 조성물.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 조성물은 약 70 내지 약 95 중량%의 HFO-32 및 약 5 내지 약 30 중량%의 트랜스HFO-1234ze를 포함하고, 이들 각각은 상기 조성물 내의 트랜스HFO-1234ze 및 HFC-32의 총 중량에 대하여 측정된 것인 열 전달 조성물.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 조성물은 약 3 내지 약 20 중량%의 HFO-32 및 약 80 내지 약 97중량%의 트랜스HFO-1234ze를 포함하고, 이들 각각은 상기 조성물 내의 트랜스HFO-1234ze 및 HFC-32의 총 중량에 대하여 측정된 것인 열 전달 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 제2성분은 1,1,1,2-테트라플루오로프로펜(HFO-1234yf)을 포함하는 말단 -CF3 분획 및 하나 이하의 플루오로 치환체를 갖는 불포화된 말단 탄소를 갖는 적어도 하나의 C3-C5 테트라- 또는 펜타-플루오르화된 올레핀을 포함하는 열 전달 조성물.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 조성물은 약 10 내지 약 90중량%의 HFC-32 및 약 10 내지 약 90중량%의 HFO-1234yf를 포함하며, 이들 각각은 상기 조성물 내의 HFO-1234yf 및 HFC-32의 총 중량에 대하여 측정된 것인 열 전달 조성물.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 조성물은 약 20 내지 약 40중량%의 HFC-32 및 약 60 내지 약 80중량%의 HFO-1234yf를 포함하며, 이들 각각은 상기 조성물 내의 HFO-1234yf 및 HFC-32의 총 중량에 대하여 측정된 것인 열 전달 조성물.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 조성물은 약 70 내지 약 90중량%의 HFC-32 및 약 10 내지 약 30중량%의 HFO-1234yf를 포함하며, 이들 각각은 상기 조성물 내의 HFO-1234yf 및 HFC-32의 총 중량에 대하여 측정된 것인 열 전달 조성물.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 조성물은 약 3 중량% 미만의 HFC-32 및 약 95 내지 약 99.5 중량%의 HFO-1234yf를 포함하며, 이들 각각은 상기 조성물 내의 HFO-1234yf 및 HFC-32의 총 중량에 대하여 측정된 것인 열 전달 조성물.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 제3성분이 존재하고, 상기 제3성분은 플루오르화된 에탄, 플루오르화된 알칸 및 이들의 둘 이상의 조합으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 열 전달 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1성분, 상기 제2성분 그리고 상기 제3성분이 존재할 경우, 상기 제3성분이 R-22, R-404A, R-407C, R-410A 또는 R-507 및 이들의 둘 이상의 조합 중 적 어도 하나의 저온 적용에서의 용량보다 실질적으로 작지 않은 용량을 갖는 열전달 조성물을 제공할 수 있는 유효량으로 존재하는 열 전달 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1성분, 상기 제2성분 그리고 상기 제3성분이 존재할 경우, 상기 제3성분이 R-22, R-404A, R-407C, R-410A 또는 R-507 및 이들의 둘 이상의 조합 중 적어도 하나의 중온 적용에서의 용량보다 실질적으로 작지 않은 용량을 갖는 열전달 조성물을 제공할 수 있는 유효량으로 존재하는 열 전달 조성물.
- 유체 또는 대상물으로부터 또는 유체 또는 대상물로 열을 전달하는 방법에 있어서,청구항 1의 조성물에 상 변화를 야기하는 단계 및상기 상 변화 동안 상기 유체 또는 대상물에 열은 교환하는 단계를 포함하는 유체 또는 대상물으로부터 또는 유체 또는 대상물로 열을 전달하는 방법.
- 청구항 1에 의한 조성물을 포함하며,자동차 에어 컨디셔닝 시스템, 가정용 에어컨디셔닝 시스템, 상업용 에어컨 디셔닝 시스템, 가정용 냉각 시스템, 가정용 냉동 시스템, 상업용 냉각 시스템, 상업용 냉동 시스템, 냉동고 에어 컨디셔닝 시스템, 냉동고 냉각 시스템, 열 펌프 시스템 및 이들의 둘 이상의 조합으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 냉각 시스템.
- (a) 기존의 열 전달 시스템에 사용되는 유체의 용량의 근사값을 충분히 허용하는 방법으로 상기 기존의 열 전달 시스템을 분석하는 단계;(b) 둘 이상의 열 전달 조성물의 용량을 근사하되, 이때 상기 둘 이상의 조성물은(i) 디플루오로메탄(R-32)를 포함하는 제1성분;(ii) C2-C5 멀티플루오르화된 올레핀들로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 제2성분;(iii)그리고, 선택적으로, C2-C3플루오로알칸들, CF3I 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 제3성분을 포함하는 단계; 및(c) 상기 기존 열 전달 시스템 내에 사용하기 위한 상기 둘 이상의 열 전달 조성물 중 적어도 하나를 선택하는 단계를 포함하는 기존의 열 전달 시스템에 사용하기 위한 조성물을 선택하는 방법.
- 제21항에 있어서,상기 열전달 조성물은 약 1000 이하의 지구온난화 지수(GWP)를 갖는 열 전달 조성물.
- 제21항에 있어서,상기 적어도 하나의 플루오로알칸은 적어도 하나의 테트라플루오로프로펜(HFO-1234)를 포함하는 열 전달 조성물.
- 청구항 21의 조성물을 포함하고,상기 조성물은 최소 약 70중량%의 식 I으로 나타나는 화합물 및 최소 약 5중량%의 HFC-32를 포함하는 열 전달 조성물.
