Claims (35)
- 대형 엔진의 상호 운동 가능한 2 개의 기계 부품들로 구성된 슬라이딩 쌍의 기계 부품으로서,상기 기계 부품은 다른 기계 부품을 향하는 측면의 영역 내에, 내마모성 구조(6)를 포함하고, 상기 내마모성 구조는 금속 매트릭스(8) 내에 수용된, 비교적 경질 재료로 이루어진 입자들(9), 및 거칠고 평편하지 않은 표면을 가지고,상기 기계 부품은 대형 엔진의 피스톤 링(4), 실린더 부시(2), 적어도 하나의 피스톤 링 홈(3)을 가진 피스톤(2), 또는 다른 슬라이딩 부재로서 형성되는 기계 부품에 있어서,상기 내마모성 구조의 표면의 비평면성 및 거칠기를 보상하는 런-인 상부층(run-in overlay)(7)이 상기 내마모성 구조(6) 상에 제공되고, 상기 런-인 상부층은 런-인 공정 동안의 마모 현상에 적합한 런-인 재료로 이루어지고, 상기 런-인 재료는 그 아래에 놓인 상기 내마모성 구조(6)의 재료와 상이하고 상기 내마모성 구조의 재료와 야금적으로 결합되고, 상기 런-인 재료는 상기 내마모성 구조(6)보다 더 연질이고 대향 배치된 기계 부품의 슬라이딩 면과는 최대, 동일한 정도의 내마모성을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 기계 부품.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 런-인 상부면(7)은 100 내지 200 HV의 경도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 기계 부품.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 런-인 상부면(7)을 형성하는 재료가 최대 1050℃의 용융 온도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 기계 부품.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 런-인 상부면(7)을 형성하는 재료가 600℃ 내지 800℃의 용융 온도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 기계 부품.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,초기 상태의 상기 런-인 상부면(7)이 50 내지 300㎛의 평균 두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 기계 부품.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,초기 상태의 상기 런-인 상부면(7)이 1 내지 20 Ra의 표면 거칠기를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 기계 부품.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 런-인 상부면(7)의 런-인 재료 내로, 상기 런-인 재료보다 더 경질인 재료로 이루어진 입자들(14)이 삽입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기계 부품.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,삽입된 상기 입자들(14)이 세라믹 재료로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 기계 부품.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,삽입된 상기 입자들(14)이 Al2O3 및/또는 CrO 및또는 Cr3C2로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 기계 부품.
- 제 7 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 런-인 상부층(7)의 총 부피 중 삽입된 상기 입자들(14)의 함량이 5 내지 30 Vol%인 것을 특징으로 하는 기계 부품.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 런-인 상부면(7)의 기초가 되는 런-인 재료가 적어도 구리 및/또는 주석을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기계 부품.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,상기 런-인 상부면(7)의 기초가 되는 런-인 재료는 70% Cu 및 30% Sn으로 이루어진 청동으로서 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기계 부품.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,상기 런-인 상부층(7)의 런-인 재료는 구리 및 주석 외에 안티몬(Sb)을 포함하는 화이트 메탈로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기계 부품.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 13 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 런-인 상부면(7)을 수용하는 상기 내마모성 구조(6)는 Ni-합금을 세라믹 재료의 입자(9)가 삽입된 매트릭스(8)로서 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기계 부품.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 14 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 런-인 상부면(7)을 수용하는 상기 내마모성 구조(6)는 금속, 바람직하게는 철 재료로 이루어진 베이스 바디(5)의 코팅부로서 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기계 부품.
- 제 14 항 또는 제 15 항에 있어서,상기 매트릭스(8)를 형성하는 Ni-합금은 1 내지 15 Vol% P, 1 내지 5 Vol% Si, 및 나머지 Vol% Ni로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 기계 부품.
- 제 16 항에 있어서,상기 매트릭스(8)를 형성하는 Ni-합금은 3.65 Vol% P, 2.15 Vol% Si 및 나머지 Vol% Ni로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 기계 부품.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 17 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 런-인 상부층을 수용하는 상기 내마모성 구조(6)의 총 부피 중 세라믹 입자(9)의 부피 퍼센트는 60 Vol%보다 크고, 바람직하게는 85 Vol%까지이거나, 또는 85 Vol%인 것을 특징으로 하는 기계 부품.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 18 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 내마모성 구조(6)의 세라믹 입자들(9)은 적어도 부분적으로 탄화텅스텐(WC)으로 이루어지고 3000 내지 5000 HV의 경도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 기계 부품.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 19 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 내마모성 구조(6)의 바람직하게는 세라믹인 상기 입자들(19)은 볼 형태이고 바람직하게는 40 내지 160㎛의 직경을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 기계 부품.
- 제 7 항 내지 제 20 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 런-인 상부면(7) 내로 삽입되는, 바람직하게는 세라믹인 상기 입자들(14)은 볼 형태이고 바람직하게는 20 내지 50㎛의 직경을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 기계 부품.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 기계 부품이 2 행정 대형 디젤 엔진의 슬라이딩 쌍에 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기계 부품.
- 제 22 항에 있어서,상기 기계 부품이 피스톤 링(4)으로서 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기계 부품.
- 제 22 항에 있어서,상기 기계 부품이 실린더 부시(1)로서 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기계 부품.
- 제 22 항에 있어서,상기 기계 부품이 적어도 하나의 피스톤 링 홈(3)을 포함하는 피스톤(2)으로서 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기계 부품.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 15 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 기계 부품의 제조 방법에 있어서,내마모성 구조(6)를 포함하는 기계 부품은 상기 내마모성 구조(6)를 커버하는 런-인 상부층(7)으로 코팅되며, 코팅 과정에서, 상기 내마모성 구조(6) 상에 상기 런-인 상부층(7)의 야금 결합이 달성될 정도의 에너지가 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기계 부품의 제조 방법.
- 제 26 항에 있어서,상기 런-인 상부층(7)이 상기 내마모성 구조(6) 상에 합금되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기계 부품의 제조 방법.
- 제 27 항에 있어서,상기 런-인 상부층(7)은 상기 내마모성 구조(6) 상에 확산되며, 코팅 과정에서, 상기 런-인 상부층(7)의 기초가 되는 런-인 재료만이 용융되고 그 아래에 놓인 상기 내마모성 구조(6)의 재료는 응고 상태로 유지될 정도의 에너지만이 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기계 부품의 제조 방법.
- 제 26 항 내지 제 28 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 런-인 상부층(7)은 상기 내마모성 구조(6) 상에 분무코팅되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기계 부품의 제조 방법.
- 제 26 항 내지 제 28 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 런-인 상부층(7)이 상기 내마모성 구조(6) 상으로 용융되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기계 부품의 제조 방법.
- 제 26 항 내지 제 30 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 내마모성 구조(6)를 상기 런-인 상부층(7)으로 코팅하기 위해, 상기 내마모 구조(6)에 대해 상대 운동 가능하며 상기 내마모성 구조 상에 가열점을 생성시키는 가열 장치(17; 21)가 사용되고, 상기 런-인 상부층(7)을 형성하는 재료가 상기 가열점 내로 또는 상기 가열점에 바로 인접한 영역 내로 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기계 부품의 제조 방법.
- 제 31 항에 있어서,상기 가열점의 생성을 위해, 레이저 캐논 또는 PTA-버너가 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기계 부품의 제조 방법.
- 제 31 항 또는 제 32 항에 있어서,상기 런-인 상부층(7)을 형성하는 재료가 분말, 와이어 또는 밴드로서 상기 가열점에 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기계 부품의 제조 방법.
- 제 26 항 내지 제 33 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 내마모성 구조(6)가 베이스 바디(5)의 코팅부로서 형성되는 경우, 상기 내마모성 구조 및 상기 내마모성 구조 상에 수용되는 상기 런-인 상부층(7)이 각각 할당 배치된 하부층 상으로 동일한 방식으로 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기계 부품의 제조 방법.
- 제 34 항에 있어서,상기 내마모성 구조(6) 및 상기 런-인 상부층(7)이 하나의 작업 공정에서 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기계 부품의 제조 방법.
