Claims (17)
- 유리소재 100 중량부에 대하여, 알칼리계 유리 60 ~95 중량부, 무알칼리계 유리 5~40 중량부 및 발포제 1~20 중량부를 포함하는 고강도 발포유리 제조용 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 알칼리계 유리는 SiO2(이산화규소), Al2O3(산화 알루미늄), Na2O(소다)와 K2O(포타쉬)의 복합체 및 CaO(산화칼슘)와 MgO(산화마그네슘)의 복합체를 성분으로 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도 발포유리 제조용 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 무알칼리계 유리는 SiO2(이산화규소), Al2O3(산화 알루미늄), B2O3(산화붕소) 및 CaO(산화칼슘)와 MgO(산화마그네슘)의 복합체를 성분으로 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도 발포유리 제조용 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 알칼리계 유리의 발포온도는 750 ~ 900℃ 인 고강도 발포유리 제조용 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 무알칼리계 유리의 발포온도는 950 ~ 1300℃ 인 고강도 발포유리 제조용 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 발포제는 액체 또는 고체 인산칼슘, 탄산칼슘, 카본, 탄산나트륨, 실리콘카바이드, 산화철, 산화안티몬, 산화비소, 인산수소칼슘으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도 발포유리 제조용 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 카올린, 석탄회, 석회석, 무기 바인더, 유기 바인더 및 가성소다로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상을 추가적으로 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도 발포유리 제조용 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 알칼리계 유리 또는 상기 무알칼리계 유리는 폐유리인 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도 발포유리 제조용 조성물.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 알칼리계 유리의 폐유리는 폐병유리, 자동차용 헤드라이트 폐유리 및 전자레인지용 폐유리에서 선택되는 1종 이상이고, 상기 무알칼리계 유리의 폐유리는 LCD용 폐유리판넬 또는 PDP용 폐유리판넬인 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도 발포유리 제조용 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 의한 고강도 발포유리 제조용 조성물을 발포하여 제조된 고강도 발포유리.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 조성물의 발포는 상기 포함되는 알칼리계 유리의 발포온도보다는 같거나 높고, 상기 무알칼리계 유리의 발포온도보다는 낮은 온도에서 발포하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도 발포유리.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 발포유리 제조용 조성물에 포함되는 알칼리계 유리와 무알칼리계 유리의 발포온도 차이에 의해, 먼저 연화된 알칼리계 유리가 발포되면서 무알칼리계 유리와 반응하여 무알칼리계 유리 입자의 계면에 Al2O3 및 B2O3 성분을 함유한 고용체가 형성되어 고강도를 나타내는 것이 특징인 고강도 발포유리.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 발포유리는 강도가 20 ~ 30kgf/cm2인 것이 특징인 고강도 발포유리.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 고강도 발포유리 제조용 조성물을 소정의 온도에서 발포하여 발포유리를 제조함에 있어서, 상기 발포온도는 알칼리계 유리의 발포온도와 같거나 높고, 상기 무알칼리계 유리의 발포온도보다는 낮은 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도 발포유리 제조방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 발포온도는 750 ~ 900℃인 것이 특징인 고강도 발포 유리 제조방법.
- 제10항의 발포유리에, 석고, 시멘트, 경량기포콘크리트, 금속판넬 및 석고판넬 중 어느 하나를 혼합하여 제조된 복합체.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 복합체는 단열제, 흡음제 및 블록(block) 중 어느 하나 이상의 용도로 사용되는 것이 특징인 복합체.
