Claims (6)
- 생분해성 고분자로 제조된 비다공성 입자와 물에 대한 용해도(20 ℃, 100 g 용매)가 1 ~ 50 g 범위인 수용성 미세 결정입자를 1 : 5 ~ 30 중량비로 혼합하고,상기 생분해성 고분자의 연화점(Ts) 또는 녹는점(Tm)의 ± 50 ℃ 온도와 1 ~ 50 MPa 압력이 3차원적 전(全) 방향을 통해 동일하게 가해지는 밀폐된 공간 내에서, 상기 비다공성 입자의 내부로 상기 수용성 미세 결정입자를 침투시키고,상기 미세 결정입자가 침투된 입자를 수용액에 세척하고 수용성 미세 결정입자를 용해시키는, 유기용매의 사용없이 다공성 입자를 제조하는 과정을 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 조직공학용 생분해성 다공성 입자의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 생분해성 고분자는 분자량이 1,000 ~ 1,000,000 g/mol인 폴리락틱산(poly(lactic acid)), 폴리글리콜산(poly(glycolic acid)), 폴리카프로락톤(poly-ε-caprolactone), 폴리다이옥산온(polydioxanone), 폴리락틱산-글리콜산 공중합체(poly(lactic acid-co-glycolic acid)), 폴리다이옥산온-카프로락톤 공중합체 (polydioxanone-co-ε-caprolactone)), 폴리락틱산-카프로락톤 공중합체(poly(lactic acid-co-ε-caprolactone)), 폴리하이드록시부티릭산-하이드록시발러릭산 공중합체(polyhydroxybutyric acid-co-hydroxyvaleric acid), 폴리포스포에스터(poly(phosphoester)), 폴리에틸렌옥사이드-폴리락틱산 공중합체, 폴리에틸렌옥사이드-폴리락틱글리콜산 공중합체, 폴리에틸렌옥사이드-폴리카프로락톤 공중합 체 중에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상의 혼합물인 생체적합성 생분해성 고분자인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 수용성 미세 결정입자는 직경이 25 ~ 500 ㎛인 염화나트륨, 구연산 나트륨, 아세트산 나트륨, 사붕산 나트륨, 황산 나트륨, 구연산, 염화칼륨, 인산칼륨, 덱스트란 및 설탕 중에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 비다공성 입자는 직경이 50 ~ 2,500 ㎛ 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제조된 다공성 입자는 직경이 100 ~ 5,000 ㎛ 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 상기 제 1 항의 제조방법으로 제조된, 다공율이 80 ~ 96%이고, 직경이 100 ~ 5,000 ㎛ 범위인 다공성 입자이며, 상기 입자의 내?외부에는 직경이 25 ~ 500 ㎛ 범위인 기공이 균일하게 분포하되, 상기 기공크기가 구형입자 직경 당 0.01 ~ 0.6 범위로 조절된 것임을 특징으로 하는 조직공학용 생분해성 다공성 입자.
