Claims (7)
- 조직공학용 생분해성 고분자 담체를 제조하는 방법에 있어서,생분해성 고분자와 NaCl이 함유된 용액을 실리콘 재질의 틀에 붓고 용매를 증발시켜 디스크형 고분자 시편을 제조하는 과정;상기한 디스크형 고분자 시편을 NaCl이 채워진 가압기에 넣고 고분자 시편의 전표면이 NaCl과 접하는 상태에서, 사용된 고분자의 녹는점 또는 유리전이온도 이상의 온도(상온∼300℃ 범위) 및 30 MPa 이하의 압력 조건하에서 제 1 열압착을 수행하는 과정;상기 제 1 열압착과 동일한 온도(상온∼300℃ 범위) 및 50 ∼ 60 MPa 압력 조건하에서 제 2 열압착을 수행하는 과정; 그리고상기 열압착과정을 수행한 시편을 순수로 세척하고 건조하는 과정이 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조직공학용 생분해성 고분자 담체의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 생분해성고분자가 폴리아미노산, 폴리안하이드라이드, 폴리카프로락톤, 폴리오르쏘에스테르, 폴리락트산, 폴리글리콜산, 폴리락트-글리콜산 공중합체 및 이들의 유도체 중에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 조직공학용 생분해성 고분자 담체의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 NaCl은 그 크기가 1 ∼ 500 ㎛ 인 것을 특징으로 하는 조직공학용 생분해성 고분자 담체의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 NaCl은 NaCl/고분자의 중량비가 5/1 ∼ 15/1 되도록 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조직공학용 생분해성 고분자 담체의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 NaCl를 대신하여 물에 쉽게 용해되고, 사용된 고분자의 녹는점 또는 유리전이온도 이상의 온도(상온∼300℃ 범위)에서 불융해성을 갖으며, 그 입자크기가 1 ∼ 500 ㎛인 것으로, KCl, CaCl2또는 MgCl2를 포함하는 결정성 염류, NaOH 또는 Ca(OH)2를 포함하는 결정성 산수화물, 그리고 설탕 또는 녹말을 포함하는 다당류 중에서 선택된 미세분말로 대체 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조직공학용 생분해성 고분자 담체의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 및 제 2 열압착 총수행시간이 2분을 초과하지 않도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조직공학용 생분해성 고분자 담체의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항의 제조방법에 의해 제조된 것으로 담체 내·외부의 다공질 크기와 분포가 균일하고, 다공도가 85 ∼ 98%인 것을 특징으로 하는 조직공학용 생분해성 고분자 담체.
