Claims (4)
- 신발에 넣어서 사용하는 신발깔창에 있어서,신발에 안착될 수 있는 모양의 종이재로 재단되어 구성되는 신발깔창 본체와,상기 신발깔창 본체의 상면이 되고, 그 표면은 이온층을 구비하여 발의 바닥에 닿는 표면층과,상기 표면층의 이면을 형성하고 신발 내부에 안착되어 신발의 바닥 표면과 닿은 이면층과,상기 표면층과 이면층 사이에 골판지가 게재되어 완충공간을 형성하는 쿠션층과,상기 표면층과 이면층 및 쿠션층을 합지하여 신발깔창 본체를 구성하고, 상기 신발깔창 본체에는 통풍구를 천공하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 신발깔창.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 표면층에 형성하는 이온층은 이온석 분말을 접착재와 믹싱하여 상기 표면층에 코팅하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 신발깔창.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 이온석 분말은 입도 1270메쉬, 음이온 300~700개/cc, 원적외선 방사율 0.928/5~20㎛의 이온석 분말을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 신발깔창.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 신발깔창 본체에 형성되는 통풍구는 앞쪽 부분과 중간 부분의 가장자리를 따라 천공된 것을 특징으로 하는 신발깔창.
