Claims (9)
- 복합방수공사방법에 있어서,콘크리트 바탕면 상에 습식 에폭시프라이머층, 경질 에폭시 방수층, 제1차 우레탄 방수층을 순차적으로 도포하는 제1방수층 도포단계;상기 제1우레탄 방수층 위에 그물망 유리섬유층을 설치하는 섬유보강단계;상기 그물망 유리섬유층 위에 제2차 우레탄 방수층 및 아크릴 변성 우레탄 방수층을 순차적으로 도포하는 제2방수층 도포단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합방수시공방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1방수층 도포단계 전에 콘크리트층 바탕면에 이물질을 제거하여 전처리하는 전처리단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합방수시공방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1방수층 도포단계, 제2방수층 도포단계는 롤러, 붓, 스프레이 코팅방법에 의하여 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합방수시공방법.
- 복합방수시공방법에 있어서,콘크리트 바탕면에 일정 간격으로 일정 지름의 조인트홀을 설치하는 조인트 설치단계;상기 조인트홀에 습식 에폭시프라이머를 도포하는 제1프라이머 도포단계;상기 프라이머 도포된 조인트홀에 우레탄 도료를 충진하는 충진단계;상기 충진된 조인트홀에 제1그물망 유리섬유를 설치하여 보강하는 제1보강단계;상기 충진된 조인트홀을 포함한 콘크리트 바탕면 전면에 습식 에폭시프라이머를 도포하는 제2프라이머 도포단계;상기 도포된 제2프라이머 상에 경질 에폭시 도료를 도포하는 에폭시 도포단계;상기 도포된 에폭시 도료 상에 우레탄 도료를 도포하는 우레탄 도포단계;상기 도포된 우레탄 도료 상에 제2그물망 유리섬유를 설치하여 보강하는 제2보강단계;상기 설치된 유리섬유 위에 상부 도막층으로서 아크릴 변성 우레탄 도료를 도포하는 상부 도막층 형성단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합방수시공방법.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 조인트 설치단계 전에 콘크리트층 바탕면에 이물질을 제거하여 전처리하는 전처리단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합방수시공방법.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 복합방수시공방법은,상기 콘크리트 바탕면 상에 균열이 있는 경우, 상기 조인트 설치단계 전에 상기 균열된 부분의 상부를 제거하여 홈을 형성하는 크랙 홈 형성단계를 더 포함하며,상기 충진단계는 상기 조인트홀 및 크랙 홈에 우레탄 도료를 충진하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합방수시공방법.
- 제4항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 우레탄 도포단계는,상기 에폭시 도포단계 이후에 수행되는 제1우레탄 도포단계와;상기 제2보강단계 이후에 상기 유리섬유 위에 우레탄 도료를 도포하는 제2우레탄 도포단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합방수시공방법.
- 복합방수층 구조에 있어서,습식 에폭시프라이머층;경질 에폭시 방수층;제1차 우레탄 방수층;그물망 유리섬유층;제2차 우레탄 방수층;아크릴 변성 우레탄 방수층의 순으로 적층된 것을 특징으로 하는 복합방수층 구조.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 습식 에폭시프라이머층은 비스페놀 에이형 에폭시 수지 또는 노블락형 에폭시 수지 중 적어도 하나로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 복합방수층 구조.
