Claims (13)
- 하나 이상의 강철 필라멘트를 포함하고, 상기 강철 필라멘트 중 적어도 일부가 적어도 부분적으로 아연 피복으로 피복되어 있는 철-아연 합금층을 가지는 강철 코드에 있어서,상기 철-아연 합금층은 상기 아연 피복과 상기 철-아연 합금층의 총 체적의 50 체적% 이상을 점유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 강철 코드.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 철-아연 합금층은 상기 아연 피복과 상기 철-아연 합금층의 총 체적의 90 체적% 이상을 점유하는 강철 코드.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 철-아연 합금층의 자유 표면은 상기 필라멘트의 전체 외부면의 50% 이상을 점유하는 것을 추가 특징으로 하는 강철 코드.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 철-아연 합금층의 자유 표면은 상기 필라멘트의 상기 전체 외부 표면의 75% 이상을 점유하는 강철 코드.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 아연 피복은 상기 철-아연 합금층 내에 형성된 골부 내에 존재하는 강철 코드.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 강철 코드는 7x7 구조를 갖는 강철 코드.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 강철 코드는 19나 16 또는 밀집형 구조를 가능하게 하는 다른 수의 요소로 이루어진 밀집형 구조를 가지며, 상기 요소는 단일 필라멘트이거나 2개 또는 3개의 필라멘트를 갖는 스트랜드인 강철 코드.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 강철 코드는 7개의 필라멘트들로 이루어진 6, 7, 8, 9 또는 10개의 스트랜드들로 둘러싸여진, 19개의 필라멘트로 이루어진 코어 스트랜드를 가지는 강철 코드.

- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 강철 코드를 가요성 파이프의 보강물로서 사용하는 강철 코드의 용도.
