Claims (10)
- 하나 이상의 스트랜드를 포함하되, 각각의 스트랜드가 둘 또는 그 이상의 스틸 필라멘트를 포함하고, 이들 스틸 필라멘트 중 적어도 일부가 아연코팅되어 있는 열가소성 엘라스토머의 보강용에 적합한 스틸코드에 있어서, 아연 코팅층은 2 마이크로미터보다 더 얇은 두께를 가지며 아연 코팅층과 스틸 사이에 아연-스틸 합금층이 존재함을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 엘라스토머의 보강용에 적합한 스틸코드.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 아연 코팅층은 1 마이크로미터보다 얇은 두께를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 스틸코드.
- 상기 전 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 스틸코드는 코드 중심 및 셋 또는 그 이상의 외부 스트랜드(20)를 포함하며 이 외부 스트랜드는 상기 코드 중심 주위로 꼬여져 있으며 이 코드 중심과 접촉되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 스틸코드.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 코드 중심이 가소성 물질임을 특징으로 하는 스틸코드.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 코드 중심은 둘 또는 그 이상의 필라멘트를 가지는 중심 스트랜드임을 특징으로 하는 스틸코드.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 스틸코드는 다음의 공식d1 + 6 × d2 + 6 × (d2 + 6 × d3) 와 함께d1 > 1.05 × d2 및d2 > 1.05 × d3에 따라 중심 스트랜드 및 6 개의 외부 스트랜드를 가지는 스틸코드이되, 'd1' 은 중심 스트랜드의 중심 필라멘트를 나타내되 이 중심 필라멘트가 직경 d1 을 가지고, 'd2' 는 중심 스트랜드의 중심 필라멘트를 중심으로 꼬여져 있는 외부 필라멘트와 외부 스트랜드의 중심 필라멘트를 나타내되 중심 스트랜드의 중심 필라멘트를 중심으로 꼬여져 있는 외부 필라멘트와 외부 스트랜드의 중심 필라멘트가 모두 직경 d2 를 가지며, 'd3' 는 외부 스트랜드의 중심 필라멘트를 중심으로 꼬여져 있는 외부 필라멘트를 나타내되 이 외부 필라멘트가 직경 d3 를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 스틸코드.
- 모체 물질로서 열가소성 엘라스토머 및 보강재로서 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 따른 스틸코드를 포함하는, 벨트로 사용하기 위한 복합물.
- 삭제
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 벨트는 홈이 파인 벨트임을 특징으로 하는 복합물.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 열가소성 엘라스토머가 폴리우레탄임을 특징으로 하는 복합물.
