Abstract
Description
Claims (27)
- 2 이상의 층을 포함하는 라미네이트 종이 제품(laminate paper product)의 제조 방법으로서,(i) 셀룰로스 섬유를 포함하는 수성 현탁액을 준비하는 단계;(ii) 상기 셀룰로스 섬유의 중량을 기준으로 하여 약 0.05 중량% 내지 약 50 중량%를 수득하는 양으로 상기 현탁액에 미세섬유성 폴리사카라이드(microfibrillar polysaccharide)를 첨가하는 단계; 및(iii) 상기 수득된 현탁액을 탈수하고, 상기 라미네이트 종이 제품의 약 150 kg/m3 내지 약 500 kg/m3의 밀도를 갖는 제1 층을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 2 이상의 층을 포함하는 라미네이트 종이 제품의 제조 방법으로서,(i) 셀룰로스 섬유를 포함하는 수성 현탁액을 준비하는 단계;(ii) 상기 셀룰로스 섬유의 중량을 기준으로 하여 약 0.05 중량% 내지 약 50 중량%를 수득하는 양으로 상기 현탁액에 미세섬유성 폴리사카라이드를 첨가하는 단계;(iii) 상기 수득된 현탁액을 탈수하고, 미세섬유성 폴리사카라이드를 포함하는 단계 (ii)에서 수득된 수성 현탁액으로부터 제1 층 및 제2 층 중 1 이상이 형성 됨으로써 상기 라미네이트의 1 이상의 제1 층 및 제2 층이 형성되는 단계; 및 상기 라미네이트 제품이 약 150 kg/m3 내지 약 800 kg/m3의 밀도를 수득하는 방식으로 상기 층들을 결합(joining)시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,종이 제품은 보드인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,미세섬유성 폴리사카라이드는 셀룰로스 섬유의 중량을 기준으로 하여 약 1 중량% 내지 약 15 중량%를 수득하는 양으로 상기 현탁액에 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,셀룰로스 섬유는 기계 펄프(mechanical pulp)로부터 유래되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,제1 층은 약 220 kg/m3 내지 약 450 kg/m3의 밀도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,미세섬유성 폴리사카라이드는 미세섬유성 셀룰로스인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,미세섬유성 셀룰로스가 개질(modified)되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,미세섬유성 셀룰로스는 그래프팅(grafting), 가교(cross-linking), 화학적 산화(chemical oxidisation), 물리적 개질 및/또는 효소적 개질에 의해서 개질되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,미세섬유성 폴리사카라이드는 약 1 g/m2 내지 약 100 g/m2의 비표면적을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,미세섬유성 폴리사카라이드는 약 0.05 mm 내지 약 0.5 mm의 산술 섬유 길 이(arithmetic fiber length)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 11 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,약 400 kg/m3 내지 약 1000 kg/m3의 밀도를 갖는 제2 층을 상기 제1 층에 결합시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 12 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,약 510 kg/m3 내지 약 1000 kg/m3의 밀도를 갖는 제2 층을 상기 제1 층에 결합시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 13 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,종이 제품의 외부층을 형성하기위해서 상기 제1 층의 각면에 약 400 kg/m3 내지 약 1000 kg/m3의 밀도를 갖는 2개의 층들을 결합시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 14 항에 있어서,제1 층은 기계 펄프로부터 제조되며, 외부층은 화학 펄프(chemical pulp)로부터 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 15 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,미세섬유성 셀룰로스는 셀룰로스 섬유의 중량을 기준으로 하여 약 1 중량% 내지 약 10 중량%를 수득하는 양으로 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 16 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,라미네이트 종이 제품은 액체 포장 보드(liquid packaging board)인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 17 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법에 의해서 수득하는 라미네이트 종이 제품.
- 2 이상의 층을 포함하는 라미네이트 종이 제품으로서,(a) 약 150 kg/m3 내지 약 800 kg/m3 범위의 라미네이트의 밀도;(b) 6 kg/m2 이하의 과산화수소에 대한 에지 위크 시험(Edge Wick Test, EWT) 값;(c) 20 Nm/g 내지 약 50 Nm/g의 쇼트 압축 시험(Short Compression Test, SCT) 지수를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 라미네이트 종이 제품.
- 2 이상의 층을 포함하는 라미네이트 종이 제품으로서,(a) 약 150 kg/m3 내지 약 800 kg/m3 범위의 라미네이트의 밀도;(b) 20 Nm6/kg3 내지 약 120 Nm6/kg3 범위의 굽힘 저항성 지수(bending resistance index);(c) 20 Nm/g 내지 약 50 Nm/g의 쇼트 압축 시험(SCT) 지수를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 라미네이트 종이 제품.
- 제 19 항 또는 제 20 항에 있어서,층들 중 1 이상은 셀룰로스 섬유의 중량을 기준으로 하여 약 0.05 중량% 내지 약 50 중량%의 양으로 미세섬유성 폴리사카라이드를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 라미네이트 종이 제품.
- 제 19 항 내지 제 21 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,층들 중 1 이상은 셀룰로스 섬유의 중량을 기준으로 하여 약 1 중량% 내지 약 15 중량%의 양으로 미세섬유성 셀룰로스를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 라미네이트 종이 제품.
- 제 19 항 내지 제 22 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,굽힘 저항성 지수는 20 Nm6/kg3 내지 약 40 Nm6/kg3인 것을 특징으로 하는 라 미네이트 종이 제품.
- 제 19 항 내지 제 23 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,Z-강도(Z-strength)는 약 185 kPa 내지 약 400 kPa인 것을 특징으로 하는 라미네이트 종이 제품.
- 제 19 항 내지 제 24 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,라미네이트 종이 제품은 플라스틱층 또는 폴리머층을 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 라미네이트 종이 제품.
- 제 19 항 내지 제 25 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,라미네이트는 산소-배리어 층(oxygen-barrier layer)을 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 라미네이트 종이 제품.
- 수성물질(aqueous), 지방 및/또는 건조 식품의 보관에 사용되는, 제 19 항 내지 제 26 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 라미네이트 종이 제품의 용도.
