Claims (6)
- 도전성의 양극 집전체와, 상기 양극 집전체의 표면에 설치되고 리튬이온의 전기화학적인 흡장 및 방출이 가능한 양극 활물질을 포함하는 양극 합제층을 갖는 양극,도전성의 음극 집전체와, 상기 음극 집전체의 표면에 설치되고 리튬이온의 전기화학적인 흡장 및 방출이 가능한 음극 활물질을 포함하는 음극 활물질층을 갖는 음극,상기 양극과 상기 음극 사이에 설치된 다공질 절연층, 및상기 양극과 상기 음극 사이에 유지된 비수 전해질을 구비하며,충전 후에, 상기 다공질 절연층을 분리하고 상기 양극 합제층 표면과 상기 음극 활물질층 표면을 서로 접촉시키고, 단자를 상기 양극 집전체 및 상기 음극 집전체에 각각 설치하여 상기 단자간 저항값을 측정했을 때, 상기 저항값이 1.6Ω·㎠ 이상인 비수 전해질 이차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 저항값은 5Ω·㎠ 이상 10Ω·㎠ 이하인 비수 전해질 이차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 양극 집전체와 상기 양극 합제층과의 계면, 및 상기 음극 집전체와 상 기 음극 활물질층과의 계면 중 적어도 한쪽 계면에 절연부재가 점재해 있는 비수 전해질 이차전지.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,Co, Ni, Co 및 Ni 이외의 원소(M)를 포함하는 리튬 복합 산화물이 상기 양극 활물질로서 상기 양극 합제층에 5중량% 이상 포함되어 있고,상기 원소(M)는 Na, Mg, Sc, Y, Mn, Fe, Cu, Zn, Al, Cr, Pb, Sb 및 B 중 적어도 하나인 비수 전해질 이차전지.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 절연부재는 입경이 0.1㎛ 이상 10㎛ 이하인 입자상 부재, 복수의 상기 입자상 부재가 사슬형으로 배치되어 형성된 사슬형 부재, 및 섬유상 부재 중 적어도 하나인 비수 전해질 이차전지.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 절연부재는 금속 산화물인 비수 전해질 이차전지.
