Claims (5)
- 내연 기관의 크랭크축을 회전 가능하게 축지지하는 크랭크 케이스를 겸하는 전동 케이스의 측방에 벨트식 무단 변속기가 설치되고, 상기 벨트식 무단 변속기를 덮도록 전동 케이스 커버가 측방으로부터 상기 전동 케이스에 씌워져 변속실이 구성되며,상기 크랭크축의 축단(軸端)에 냉각 팬이 설치되고,상기 전동 케이스 커버의 상기 냉각 팬이 대향하는 부분에 상기 변속실에 냉각풍을 도입하는 냉각풍 도입구가 형성되고,상기 전동 케이스 커버의 상기 냉각풍 도입구 및 그 주변이 사이드 커버 부재에 의해 측방으로부터 덮이는 자동 이륜차에 탑재되는 파워 유닛에 있어서,상기 사이드 커버 부재의 둘레벽의 단면과 상기 전동 케이스 커버가 맞닿는 부분에 상방을 향해서 개구하는 외기 도입구가 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 벨트식 무단 변속기의 냉각 구조.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 외기 도입구의 상방을 덮도록 에어클리너가 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 벨트식 무단 변속기의 냉각 구조.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 외기 도입구의 상방에 닿는 상기 에어클리너의 하부가, 상기 전동 케이스의 상면과 상기 크랭크 케이스의 최상부의 사이에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 벨트식 무단 변속기의 냉각 구조.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 3 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 외기 도입구가, 상기 전동 케이스의 상면과 상기 크랭크 케이스의 최상부의 사이에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 벨트식 무단 변속기의 냉각 구조.
- 청구항 4에 있어서,상기 외기 도입구가, 상기 전동 케이스의 상면과 동일면을 따라 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 벨트식 무단 변속기의 냉각 구조.
