Claims (7)
- 서로 포개어진 상태에서 접합되고 그들 사이의 공간에는 작동유체의 유동경로가 형성되는 복수의 전열판을 구비하는 판형 열교환기로서,상기 각 전열판은 그의 표면에 소정 간격을 두고 반복하여 형성되는 다수의 돌출부와 함몰부를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 판형 열교환기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 전열판들은 외측 둘레에서 서로 접합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 판형 열교환기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 돌출부와 상기 함몰부는 종방향으로 나란히 배열되어 한 쌍을 이루며, 상기 한 쌍의 돌출부와 함몰부가 종방향 및 횡방향으로 반복하여 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 판형 열교환기.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 돌출부와 함몰부의 쌍들은 종방향으로 서로 지그재그 형태로 엇갈리게 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 판형 열교환기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 돌출부와 상기 함몰부는 쉐브론(Chevron) 형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 판형 열교환기.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 돌출부와 상기 함몰부들은 하나의 행과 그에 인접한 다른 행에서 180도로 회전된 대칭 형상을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 판형 열교환기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 돌출부와 상기 함몰부는 타원형(Elliptic) 형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 판형 열교환기.
