Claims (4)
- 원형단면의 회전자 내부에 영구자석이 매립되는 매립형 영구자석 전동기의 회전자 구조에 있어서,길이방향이 상기 회전자의 반경방향에 수직하게 배치되면서 상기 회전자의 원주방향을 따라 서로 소정간격 이격되어 자속유도영역을 형성하도록 배치된 다수의 영구자석과;상기 영구자석의 양단에 서로 인접한 영구자석의 것과 마주보도록 형성되어 상기 자속유도영역을 형성하는 경사면과;상기 영구자석의 회전자 반경방향 외측면 양단부에 구비되되, 상기 영구자석의 경사면들에 의해 형성되는 자속유도영역의 외측에 구비되는 플럭스배리어;를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 매립형 영구자석 전동기의 회전자 구조.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 영구자석은 그 길이방향을 따라 일정한 단면 구조를 가지며,상기 경사면은 상기 회전자의 반경방향을 따라 형성되어, 상기 영구자석의 단면형상이 상기 회전자의 중심을 향하여 좁아지는 사다리꼴을 형성하도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 매립형 영구자석 전동기의 회전자 구조.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 플럭스배리어는 상기 영구자석의 회전자 반경방향 외측면을 기준으로 상기 경사면에 대칭되는 형상으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 매립형 영구자석 전동기의 회전자 구조.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 서로 인접한 영구자석이 상기 자속유도영역을 형성하도록 서로 이격된 소정간격은 상기 영구자석의 상기 회전자의 반경방향 두께의 1 내지 2배의 범위 이내인 것을 특징으로 하는 매립형 영구자석 전동기의 회전자 구조.
