Claims (9)
- 식 (1), (2), (3) 또는 (4)로 표시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 올리고아닐린 화합물.(식 중, R1∼R20은, 각각 독립하여, 수소 원자, 할로겐 원자, 수산기, 아미노기, 실라놀기, 티올기, 카르복실기, 인산기, 인산 에스테르기, 에스테르기, 티오에스테르기, 아미드기, 니트로기, 1가 탄화수소기, 오가노옥시기, 오가노아미노기, 오가노실릴기, 오가노티오기, 아실기 또는 술폰기를 나타내고, m, n, l 및 k는, 각각 1≤m≤20, 1≤n≤20, 1≤l≤20, 1≤k≤20을 만족하는 정수이며, X는 불화 아릴기를 나타낸다.)
- 식 (1), (2), (3) 또는 (4)로 표시되는 화합물 중에 존재하는 1차 및/또는 2차 아미노기가, 식 (1), (2), (3) 또는 (4)로 표시되는 화합물 중의 불화 아릴기에 분자 간으로 부가되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 올리고아닐린 화합물.(식 중, R1∼R20은, 각각 독립하여, 수소 원자, 할로겐 원자, 수산기, 아미노 기, 실라놀기, 티올기, 카르복실기, 인산기, 인산 에스테르기, 에스테르기, 티오에스테르기, 아미드기, 니트로기, 1가 탄화수소기, 오가노옥시기, 오가노아미노기, 오가노실릴기, 오가노티오기, 아실기 또는 술폰기를 나타내고, m, n, l 및 k는, 각각 1≤m≤20, 1≤n≤20, 1≤l≤20, 1≤k≤20을 만족하는 정수이며, X는 불화 아릴기를 나타낸다.)
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 X가 불화 비페닐기, 불화 페닐기, 불화 비나프틸기 또는 불화 나프틸기인 것을 특징으로 하는 올리고아닐린 화합물.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 X가 퍼플루오로비페닐 유래의 기, 퍼플루오로벤젠 유래의 기, 퍼플루오로비나프틸 유래의 기 또는 퍼플루오로나프탈렌 유래의 기인 것을 특징으로 하는 올리고아닐린 화합물.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 기재된 올리고아닐린 화합물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전하수송성 바니시.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 기재된 올리고아닐린 화합물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전하수송성 박막.
- 제 5 항에 기재된 전하수송성 바니시로부터 제작되는 전하수송성 박막.
- 제 6 항 또는 제 7 항에 기재된 전하수송성 박막을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계발광 소자.
- 제 6 항 또는 제 7 항에 기재된 전하수송성 박막을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 태양전지.
