Claims (11)
- 액체 탱크의 통기 회로를 위한 일련의 밸브들로서, 상기 밸브들은 상이한 규격들에 맞추어지는 가변적인 환기 특성들을 가지며,a) 상기 탱크에서 액체가 특정 레벨보다 높고/거나 상기 탱크에서 파동들이 있는 경우나 상기 탱크가 뒤집어진 경우에 상기 액체가 챔버로 들어가는 것을 허용하는 구멍들을 포함하는 상기 챔버;b) 상기 탱크의 상기 통기 회로로 개방되기 쉬운 개구부를 포함하는, 상기 챔버를 위한 커버; 및c) 몸체 및 상기 개구부를 폐쇄할 수 있는 니들을 포함하는 플로트를 포함하며, 상기 플로트는 상기 챔버에 있는 액체의 레벨에 따라 상기 챔버의 내부에서 수직으로 슬라이딩될 수 있는, 상기 일련의 밸브들을 제조하기 위한 방법에 있어서,절두 원추형상이며 탄성 재질을 기반으로 하는 니들이 선택되며, 상기 챔버 및 플로트는 상기 규격들에 관계없이 동일한 것으로 유지되며, 오직 상기 커버와, 상기 규격들의 함수로서의 상기 개구부의 치수들 및/또는 형상이 변경되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 액체 탱크의 통기 회로를 위한 일련의 밸브들을 제조하기 위한 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 밸브는 상기 커버와 하나의 부품으로서 제조되는 내부 배플, 및 환기 라인에 연결되는 것을 목적으로 하는 커플링과 하나의 부품으로서 제조되는 외부 배플을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 액체 탱크의 통기 회로를 위한 일련의 밸브들을 제조하기 위한 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 환기 개구부는 상기 챔버의 내부로 연장되어 있는 굴뚝의 하단부에 위치되는 절두 원추형상의 입구를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 액체 탱크의 통기 회로를 위한 일련의 밸브들을 제조하기 위한 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 밸브는 상기 니들과 상기 (소위 "메인") 환기 개구부의 사이에 장착되는 제 2 폐쇄 부재를 포함하며, 상기 제 2 폐쇄 부재는 상기 니들과 상기 메인 환기 개구부에 대하여 이동할 수 있으며 상기 메인 환기 개구부보다 더 작은 직경을 가지는 제 2 환기 개구부가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 액체 탱크의 통기 회로를 위한 일련의 밸브들을 제조하기 위한 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 폐쇄 부재는 상기 플로트의 헤드에 클리핑되는 케이지이며, 상기 제 2 환기 개구부는 상부 위치에서 상기 메인 환기 개구부를 밀봉하는 것을 목적으로 하는 제 2 니들에 의해 관통되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 액체 탱크의 통기 회로를 위한 일련의 밸브들을 제조하기 위한 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 플로트는 몸체와 상기 니들을 받치는 헤드를 포함하며;상기 케이지는 연장되면서 유연한 갈고리 형의 핑거들이 구비되는 플레이트를 포함하며;상기 플로트의 상기 헤드는 홈을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 액체 탱크의 통기 회로를 위한 일련의 밸브들을 제조하기 위한 방법.
- 제 5 항 또는 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 메인 환기 개구부는 상부 위치에서 상기 제 2 폐쇄 부재의 상기 니들과 누설 방지를 보장하는 탄성 씨일이 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 액체 탱크의 통기 회로를 위한 일련의 밸브들을 제조하기 위한 방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 커버는 상기 커버의 양 측면들에 압력 평형을 만들어내기 위해 저압의 경우에 개방될 수 있도록 상기 씨일의 하부에 위치되는 구멍들을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 액체 탱크의 통기 회로를 위한 일련의 밸브들을 제조하기 위한 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 밸브는 사출 성형 열가소성 물질에 의해 제조되며, 상기 니들은 상기 플로트에 오버몰드되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 액체 탱크의 통기 회로를 위한 일련의 밸브들을 제조하기 위한 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중의 어느 한 항에 따른 방법으로 제조되는 밸브로서,상기 밸브는a) 상기 탱크로 열려지기 쉬우며, 상기 탱크에서 액체가 특정 레벨보다 높고/거나 상기 탱크에서 파동들이 있는 경우나 상기 탱크가 뒤집어진 경우에 상기 액체가 챔버로 침투하는 것을 허용하는 구멍들을 포함하는 상기 챔버;b) 상기 탱크의 통기 회로로 개방되기 쉬운 개구부를 포함하는, 상기 챔버를 위한 커버; 및c) 몸체 및 상기 개구부를 폐쇄할 수 있는 니들을 포함하는 플로트를 포함하며, 상기 플로트는 상기 챔버에 있는 액체의 레벨에 따라 상기 챔버의 내부에서 수직으로 슬라이딩될 수 있으며, 상기 니들은 절두 원추형상이며 탄성 재질을 기반으로 하는, 밸브에 있어서,상기 개구부는 절두 원추형 입구를 가지며 상기 니들은 상기 개구부의 입구에서 90 내지 110° 사이의 각도에 대해 80 내지 100° 사이의 정점 각도를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브.
- 제 10 항에 따른 밸브 또는 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법에 의해 획득되는 밸브를 포함하는 환기 회로가 구비되는, HDPE 로 만들어진 연 료 탱크에 있어서,상기 밸브는 상기 탱크의 구멍의 주위에 용접되는 HDPE 환기 커플링에 클리핑되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 탱크.
