Claims (5)
- 중앙에 위치하는 한 쌍의 실린더의 배기 포트는 실린더 헤드 내에서 단일의 합체 배기 포트로 합체되어 실린더 헤드 측벽면 상으로 개방되고, 양단부에 위치하는 한 쌍의 실린더의 배기 포트는 독립 배기 포트로써 상기 합체 배기 포트 개구부의 양측에서 실린더 헤드 측벽면 상으로 개방되고, 상기 합체 배기 포트의 개구부는 제1 배기관을 통해서 촉매 컨버터의 배기 유입부 또는 배기 터빈 과급기의 배기 유입부에 연결되고 상기 한 쌍의 독립 배기 포트의 개구부는 중간에 합체되는 제2 배기관을 통해서 동일한 배기 유입부에 연결되고, 대응하는 상기 개구부로부터 상기 배기 유입부에 이르는 제1 배기관의 길이는 대응하는 상기 개구부로부터 상기 배기 유입부에 이르는 제2 배기관의 길이보다 짧게 형성되는, 직렬 4-실린더 내연 기관.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 촉매 컨버터는 한 쌍의 배기 유입구를 구비하고, 상기 제1 배기관과 제2 배기관은 대응하는 배기 유입구에 연결되는, 직렬 4-실린더 내연 기관.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 배기 터빈 과급기는 한 쌍의 배기 유입구를 구비하고, 상기 제1 배기관과 제2 배기관은 대응하는 배기 유입구에 연결되는, 직렬 4-실린더 내연 기관.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 배기관과 제2 배기관은 상기 대응하는 개구부로부터 상기 배기 유입부를 향하는 거리의 중간에 하방향 또는 상방향의 동일한 방향을 향해서 굴곡되고, 상기 제2 배기관은 제2 배기관의 분기부가 제1 배기관의 외측에서 합체된 후 제1 배기관의 외측을 따라 연장되는, 직렬 4-실린더 내연 기관.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 합체 배기 포트의 개구부의 개구 면적은 각각의 독립 배기 포트의 개구부의 개구 면적보다 큰, 직렬 4-실린더 내연 기관.
