Claims (13)
- 하기 화학식 (1)로 표시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 축합환 화합물.[식 중, R11 및 R12는 각각 독립적으로 수소 원자, 알킬기, 알콕시기, 알킬티오기, 알킬아미노기, 알콕시카르보닐기, 치환기를 가질 수도 있는 아릴기, 치환기를 가질 수도 있는 복소환기 또는 시아노기를 나타내고, 다만, R11 및 R12 중의 적어도 한쪽은 수소 원자가 아니고, R13 및 R14는 각각 독립적으로 1가의 기를 나타내고, n 및 m은 각각 독립적으로 0 내지 2의 정수이고, 다만, R13 및 R14가 각각 복수 존재하는 경우, 이들은 동일하거나 상이할 수 있고, Y11 및 Y12는 각각 독립적으로 하기 화학식 (2a), (2b), (2c), (2d), (2e), (2f), (2g) 또는 (2h)로 표시되는 2가의 기이고,다만, R21 및 R22는 각각 독립적으로 수소 원자 또는 1가의 기를 나타냄]
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 Y11 및 상기 Y12는 상기 화학식 (2a)로 표시되는 2가의 기인 것을 특징으로 하는 축합환 화합물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 R11 및 상기 R12는 각각 독립적으로 탄소수 1 내지 10의 알킬기 또는 탄소수 6 내지 20의 치환기를 가질 수도 있는 아릴기인 것을 특징으로 하는 축합환 화합물.
- 하기 화학식 (3)으로 표시되는 단량체 단위를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 중합체.[식 중, R31 및 R32는 각각 독립적으로 수소 원자, 알킬기, 알콕시기, 알킬티오기, 알킬아미노기, 알콕시카르보닐기, 치환기를 가질 수도 있는 아릴기, 치환기를 가질 수도 있는 복소환기 또는 시아노기를 나타내고, 다만, R31 및 R32 중의 적어도 한쪽은 수소 원자가 아니고, R33 및 R34는 각각 독립적으로 수소 원자 또는 1가의 기를 나타내고, Y31 및 Y32는 각각 독립적으로 하기 화학식 (4a), (4b), (4c), (4d), (4e), (4f), (4g) 또는 (4h)로 표시되는 2가의 기이고,다만, R41 및 R42는 각각 독립적으로 수소 원자 또는 1가의 기를 나타냄]
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 Y31 및 상기 Y32는 상기 화학식 (4a)로 표시되는 2가의 기이고, 상기 Y6은 상기 화학식 (7a)로 표시되는 2가의 기인 것을 특징으로 하는 중합체.
- 염기 및 금속 착체 촉매의 존재 하에서, 하기 화학식 (8a)로 표시되는 화합물과, 하기 화학식 (8b)로 표시되는 화합물을 반응시켜, 하기 화학식 (8c)로 표시되는 축합환 화합물을 얻는 것을 특징으로 하는 축합환 화합물의 제조 방법.[식 중, X81 및 X82는 각각 독립적으로 수소 원자 또는 할로겐 원자이고, 다만, X81 및 X82 중의 적어도 한쪽은 할로겐 원자이고, R81 및 R82는 각각 독립적으로 수소 원자, 알킬기, 알콕시기, 알킬티오기, 알킬아미노기, 알콕시카르보닐기, 치환기를 가질 수도 있는 아릴기, 치환기를 가질 수도 있는 복소환기 또는 시아노기를 나타내고, 다만, R81 및 R82 중의 적어도 한쪽은 수소 원자가 아니고, R83 및 R84는 각각 독립적으로 1가의 기를 나타내고, p 및 q는 각각 독립적으로 0 내지 2의 정수이고, 다만, R83 및 R84가 각각 복수 존재하는 경우, 이들은 동일하거나 상이할 수 있고, Y81 및 Y82는 각각 독립적으로 하기 화학식 (9a), (9b), (9c), (9d), (9e), (9f), (9g) 또는 (9h)로 표시되는 2가의 기이고,다만, R91 및 R92는 각각 독립적으로 수소 원자 또는 1가의 기를 나타냄]
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 Y81 및 상기 Y82는 상기 화학식 (9a)로 표시되는 2가의 기인 것을 특징으로 하는 축합환 화합물의 제조 방법.
- 제8항 또는 제9항에 있어서, 상기 X81 및 상기 X82 중의 적어도 한쪽은 요오드 원자인 것을 특징으로 하는 축합환 화합물의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 축합환 화합물, 및/또는 제4항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 중합체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 박막.
- 제11항에 기재된 유기 박막을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 박막 소자.
- 제11항에 기재된 유기 박막을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 박막 트랜지스터.
