Claims (7)
- 다수의 유기 전계 발광 소자를 동작시키기 위한 구동 방법에 있어서,하나의 프레임을 여러 개의 서브 프레임으로 나누는 단계;상기 각 서브 프레임에 대응하는 데이터 신호를 순차적으로 인가하는 단계; 및 상기 인가된 데이터 신호에 따라 유기 전계 발광 소자가 발광을 하는 단계;를 포함하여 구성되되,각 서브 프레임 내의 계조 표현이 발광 시간 또는 발광 세기의 비율에 의해 조절되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 소자의 구동 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 발광 세기의 비율의 조절은 드라이빙 트랜지스터에 연결된 전원전압을 변화시켜 발광 세기를 조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자의 구동방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 발광 세기의 비율의 조절은 전원전압 뿐만 아니라, 드라이빙 트랜지스터로 흐르는 전류를 조절하여 발광 세기를 조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시분할 구 동방식을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자의 구동방법.
- 하나의 프레임을 여러 개의 서브 프레임으로 나누는 단계와 상기 각 서브 프레임에 대응하는 데이터 신호를 순차적으로 인가하는 단계 및 상기 인가된 데이터 신호에 따라 유기 전계 발광 소자가 발광을 하는 단계를 포함하되, 상기 각 서브 프레임 내의 계조 표현이 발광 시간 또는 발광 세기의 비율에 의해 조절되는 유기전계소자의 구동 방법을 이용하여 구동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 디스플레이.
- 청구항 4에 있어서, 상기 유기 전계 발광 디스플레이는,스테이지를 수소화된 비정질 실리콘, 다결정질 실리콘, 또는 결정질 실리콘 트랜지스터로 제작되어 NMOS, PMOS,와 CMOS로도 구성이 가능한 디지털방식인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 디스플레이.
- 청구항 5에 있어서,상기 발광 세기의 비율의 조절은 드라이빙 트랜지스터에 연결된 전원전압을 변화시켜 발광 세기를 조절하여 구동되는 방식으로 구동되는 유기 전계 발광 소자 의 구동방법을 이용하여 구동되는 유기 전계 발광 디스플레이.
- 청구항 5에 있어서,상기 발광 세기의 비율의 조절은 전원전압 뿐만 아니라, 드라이빙 트랜지스터로 흐르는 전류를 조절하여 발광 세기를 조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시분할 구동방식을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자의 구동방법을 이용하여 구동되는 유기 전계 발광 디스플레이.
