Claims (9)
- 제1스윙 범위내에서 스윙하는 제1신호를 제2스윙 범위내에서 스윙하는 제2신호로 변환하기 위한 스윙 범위 변환 유닛;상기 제2스윙 범위 내에서 주기적으로 스윙하는 오실레이션 신호를 발생하는 오실레이터; 및상기 제2신호와 상기 오실레이션 신호를 수신하여 비교하고, 비교결과로서 펄스 폭 변조 신호를 발생하기 위한 비교기를 포함하는 신호 변환 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1스윙 범위는 상기 제2스윙 범위보다 크고, 상기 제2스윙 범위는 제1전압과 제2전압 사이인 신호변환 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 스윙 범위 변환 유닛은,제1저항을 통하여 입력되는 상기 제1신호를 수신하는 제1입력단자, 기준 신호를 수신하는 제2입력단자, 및 상기 제2신호를 출력하기 위한 출력단자를 포함하는 연산 증폭기; 및상기 제1입력단자와 상기 출력단자 사이에 접속된 제2저항을 포함하는 신호 변환 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 신호 변환 장치는,저역 통과 필터;상기 펄스 폭 변조 신호에 응답하여, 공급전압을 상기 저역 통과 필터의 입력단자로 전송하는 것을 제어하는 스위치 유닛;상기 저역 통과 필터의 출력단자와 접지 노드 사이에 접속되어, 분배된 전압을 출력하기 위한 전압 분배기; 및상기 분배된 전압과 기준 전압을 수신하고, 이들의 전압 차이를 증폭하여 상기 제1신호를 발생하기 위한 오차 증폭기를 더 포함하는 신호변환 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 신호 변환 장치는 DC-DC 변환기인 신호 변환 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 오실레이션 신호는 톱니파인 신호 변환 장치.
- 제1스윙 범위 내에서 스윙하는 제1신호를 제2스윙 범위 내에서 스윙하는 제2신호로 변환하는 단계;상기 제2스윙 범위 내에서 주기적으로 스윙하는 오실레이션 신호를 발생하는 단계; 및상기 제2신호와 상기 오실레이션 신호를 수신하여 비교하고, 비교결과로서 펄스 폭 변조 신호를 발생하는 단계를 포함하는 신호 변환 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 제1스윙 범위는,상기 제2스윙 범위보다 크고, 상기 제2스윙 범위는 제1전압과 제2전압 사이의 차이인 신호 변환 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 신호 변환 방법은,상기 펄스 폭 변조 신호에 응답하여, 공급전압을 저역 통과 필터의 입력단자로 전송하는 것을 제어하는 단계;상기 저역 통과 필터를 이용하여 수신된 공급전압을 저역통과 필터링하는 단계;저역 통과 필터링된 전압을 전압 분배기를 이용하여 분배하는 단계; 및분배된 전압과 기준 전압을 수신하고, 이들의 전압 차이를 증폭하여 상기 제1신호를 발생하는 단계를 더 포함하는 신호 변환 방법.
