Description
Claims (11)
- 산업용 롤러도어에 있어서,다수의 라멜라와;상기 라멜라와 분리 가능하게 연결되는 다수의 엔드피스와;상기 롤러도어의 승하강을 위하여 상기 다수의 엔드피스와 연결되는 구동시스템과;상기 라멜라의 적어도 하나의 말단부에 배열되며 형성된 다수의 개구와;상기 개구와 결합되도록 상기 엔드피스상에 형성된 다수의 마찰 결합 고정장치;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 산업용 롤러도어의 슬랫 가이드 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 윈드앵커를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 산업용 롤러도어의 슬랫 가이드 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 엔드피스는 상기 구동시스템과 연결을 위한 슬라이딩 결합부재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 산업용 롤러도어의 슬랫 가이드 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 롤러도어에 충분한 힘이 가해지면, 상기 마찰 고정 장치는 상기 라멜라가 엔드피스로부터 이탈되며 이동하는 것을 견뎌내는 것을 특징으로 하는 산업용 롤러도어의 슬랫 가이드 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 롤러도어의 열림 및 닫힘중 롤러도어의 경로를 지시하기 위한 가이드를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 산업용 롤러도어의 슬랫 가이드 장치.
- 청구항 5에 있어서, 상기 다수의 엔드피스중 하나 또는 그 이상에 윈드앵커가 장착되며, 충분한 힘이 가해지는 경우 상기 윈드앵커는 가이드에 부딪히면서 엔드피스의 움직임을 차단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 산업용 롤러도어의 슬랫 가이드 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 마찰 결합 고정장치는 둥근머리 리벳, 상기 엔드피스에 일체로 형성된 돌출부, 상기 라멜라의 길이방향과 수직으로 상기 엔드피스에 형성된 쐐기, 및 상기 엔드피스에 결합되는 융기형 돌출부로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 산업용 롤러도어의 슬랫 가이드 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 개구는 원형 홀, 사각홀, 상기 엔드피스에 형성된 쐐기와 상호결합 가능한 융기 형태, 상기 엔드피스에 형성된 융기부와 상호 결합 가능한 쐐기로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 것을 특징으로 하는 산업용 롤러도어의 슬랫 가이드 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 개구 및 마찰 결합 고정장치는 상기 라멜라의 영끝단에 위치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 산업용 롤러도어의 슬랫 가이드 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 엔드피스로부터 라벨라가 분리될 때 라멜라의 이동을 제한하는 안전장치를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 산업용 롤러도어의 슬랫 가이드 장치.
- 롤러도어의 손상을 방지하기 위한 방법은:다수의 라멜라, 상기 라멜라와 결합 가능한 다수의 엔드피스, 상기 롤러도어 의 승하강을 위하여 다수의 엔드피스와 결합 가능한 구동 시스템, 라멜라의 적어도 일끝단에 배열되며 형성되는 다수의 개구, 상기 엔드피스에 형성된 다수의 마찰 결합 고정장치, 및 적어도 하나의 가이드를 포함하는 롤러도어의 제공 단계와;상기 라멜라에 형성된 개구에 상기 마찰 결합 고정장치가 결합되면서, 상기 라멜라가 엔드피스에 삽입되는 단계;를 포함하고,상기 도어에 충격이 가해지는 경우,상기 가이드에 상기 엔드피스에 형성된 윈드앵커가 닿을 때까지 상기 가이드를 향하여 엔드피스가 슬라이딩되는 단계와;상기 개구내의 마찰 결합 고정장치가 고정되도록 충격시 마찰력을 견뎌내는 단계와;상기 엔드피스로부터 라멜라가 슬라이딩 이동하며 분리되는 단계;를 통해 도어에 대한 손상이 방지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 산업용 롤러도어의 슬랫 가이드 장치를 이용한 충돌시 도어 손상 방지 방법.
