Claims (8)
- 분리막을 개재하고 양극판과 음극판을 감아 원형 또는 타원형의 전극군을 형성하는 공정(a)과,상기 전극군의 권심공(卷芯孔)에, 상기 전극군에 가압력을 부여하는 중앙 심부재를 삽입하는 공정(b)과,상기 전극군을 압축시킴으로써, 이 전극군을 편평형상으로 변형하는 공정(c)과,상기 편평형상의 전극군을, 각형 편평형상의 유저부 외장 캔에 수납하는 공정(d)과,상기 외장 캔의 개구부를 밀폐시키는 공정(e)을 갖는 각형 편평 2차 전지의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 음극판 상에 형성된 음극 활물질은, 실리콘(Si) 또는 주석(Sn)의 적어도 한가지를 함유하는 화합물로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 각형 편평 2차 전지의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 중앙 심부재는, 2.0×10-3GPa 이상의 영률(Young's modulus)을 갖는 판상 탄성체로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 각형 편평 2차 전지의 제조방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 판상 탄성체는, 쐐기형으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 각형 편평 2차 전지의 제조방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 판상 탄성체는, 전해액을 흡수하여 팽윤되는 재료로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 각형 편평 2차 전지의 제조방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 전해액을 흡수하여 팽윤되는 재료는, 폴리불화비닐리덴(Polyvinylidene Fluoride: PVDF), 스티렌부타디엔 공중합체 고무(Styrene-Butadiene Copolymer Rubber: SBR), 또는 아크릴로니트릴부타디엔스티렌 공중합체(Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene: ABS)로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 각형 편평 2차 전지의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 중앙 심부재는, C자형으로 형성된 탄성체로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 각형 편평 2차 전지의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 중앙 심부재는, 전극군에 가압력을 부여하는 스프링을 구비한 부재로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 각형 편평 2차 전지의 제조방법.
