Claims (6)
- 다수의 구멍이 형성된 금속 판재로 된 샹크와;상기 샹크의 가장자리부에 형성된 블레이드와;상기 구멍에 삽입되는 관통부와, 상기 관통부의 양단과 각각 결합하며 상기 구멍의 직경보다 큰 직경을 갖는 머리부를 구비하는 댐퍼;를 포함하며,상기 댐퍼의 양측 머리부 사이의 내측 간격 (t2)과, 상기 댐퍼의 머리부 내측면에 인접한 샹크 부위의 두께 (t1)의 차이인 유격 (t2-t1)이, "0≤t2-t1<α"의 관계식 (여기서, α는 상기 샹크의 진동시 샹크 두께 t1 지점에서의 진폭의 합)을 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 저소음 톱.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 샹크의 양 표면에 상기 댐퍼의 머리부를 수용하는 홈이 각각 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 저소음 톱.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 유격 (t2-t1)은 양수도 음수도 아닌 0인 것을 특징으로 하는 저소음 톱.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 댐퍼는 "I" 형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 저소음 톱.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 샹크는 원형이고, 상기 블레이드는 상기 샹크의 외주면을 따라 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 저소음 톱.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 샹크는 직사각형이고, 상기 블레이드는 상기 샹크의 긴 모서리를 따라 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 저소음 톱.
