Claims (4)
- 회전축과, 압축실을 형성하는 실린더와, 상기 압축실 내부에 직선왕복운동가능하도록 마련된 피스톤과, 상기 회전축의 상단에 편심되도록 마련되어 상기 피스톤과 커넥팅로드를 통해 연결되는 편심축부와, 상기 회전축의 회전동작에 따른 원심력에 의해 오일을 흡상시켜 상기 편심축부 상부로 비산시키도록 상기 회전축에 형성된 오일유로와, 상기 편심축부 상부로 비산되는 오일을 차단하여 상기 실린더 쪽으로 안내하도록 상기 편심축부에 결합되는 캡부재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 압축기.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 캡부재는 하부 내주가 상기 편심축부 상부 외주에 결합되도록 마련된 관형상의 몸체부와, 상기 편심축부 상부로 비산되는 오일을 차단하도록 상기 몸체부 상단에 마련된 차단판부와, 상기 편심축부 상부 쪽 상기 몸체부 측면에 원주방향을 따라 형성된 복수의 오일안내공을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 압축기.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 차단판부는 상기 몸체부보다 외측으로 더 연장된 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 압축기.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 몸체부는 상기 편심축부에 강제 압입된 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 압축기.
