Claims (5)
- 펌프 공동, 유체를 상기 펌프 공동 내로 도입하기 위한 입구, 및 유체를 상기 펌프 공동으로부터 배출하기 위한 출구를 가진 케이싱,상기 펌프 공동의 축에 대해 편심된 편심축 주위로 회전 가능하도록 상기 펌프 공동 내에 배치되고, 회전자 자석을 가진 회전자, 및상기 펌프 공동 밖에서 상기 케이싱에 장착되며, 상기 회전자를 회전 구동시키기 위해 상기 회전자 자석에 자기적으로 결합된 고정자 자석을 포함하고,상기 회전자는 회전될 때 상기 펌프 공동의 내벽과 밀봉 접촉되어 유지되도록 방사방향으로 이동되는 복수개의 베인을 구비하며,상기 회전자 자석의 주요부는 상기 편심축에 대한 방사방향에 대해 상기 고정자 자석과 중첩되어 배치된,자기 구동 베인 펌프.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 회전자 자석은 상기 고정자 자석 밖에 방사방향으로 배치된, 자기 구동 베인 펌프.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 고정자 자석은, 상기 편심축에 대해 상기 회전자로부터 상기 회전자 자석보다 더 멀리 배치되도록 상기 고정자 자석의 축방향 중심이 상기 회전자 자석의 축방향 중심으로부터 벗어난, 자기 구동 베인 펌프.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 케이싱에, 상기 편심축을 형성하는 샤프트가 구비되고,상기 회전자 자석은 상기 샤프트 주위에 장착되며,상기 회전자 자석과 상기 샤프트 사이에 진동 흡수 부재가 삽입된,자기 구동 베인 펌프.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 복수개의 베인은, 상기 회전자 내에 형성된 방사방향 슬릿 내에 각각 미끄러질 수 있게 장착되고,각각의 상기 베인의 양쪽 면에, 상기 회전자의 양쪽 면에 형성되어 상기 회전자의 양쪽 면 사이에 방사방향 슬릿을 형성하는 안내 홈 내에 각각 결합되는 리브가 형성된,자기 구동 베인 펌프.
