Description
Claims (11)
- 연료 전지 조립체 내에서 사용되는 모든 유체에 대해 불침투성인 전기 전도성 재료로 만들어진 제1 판(11)을 포함하는 연료 전지 조립체를 위한 유체 분배 판(1)이며,상기 분배 판은 전기 화학적 반응에 의해 사용된 가스가 상부로 분배되는 표면인 가용 섹션(S)을 가지고, 상기 가용 섹션(S)은 주연 섹션(P)에 의해 둘레 전체에 의해 경계 형성되고, 상기 제1 판은 리세스(11v)를 형성하기 위하여 주연 섹션 내의 소정 두께(e1)와 이보다 얇은 가용 섹션 내의 두께(e2)를 가지고, 가요성 흑연 포일(11C)이 상기 리세스의 전체 표면 상부에 상기 제1 판(11)에 대향하게 적용되고, 가요성 흑연 박편의 가시면은 유체들 중 하나에 대한 분배 채널(111)을 가지고, 상기 채널은 흑연 박편 내에 전부 형성되어 가용 섹션(S) 내의 제1 판의 표면과 채널 사이에 어떠한 접촉도 없게 되는 유체 분배 판.
- 제1항에 있어서, 이온-교환 박막과 협력하도록 된 외면(11o)과 내면(11i)을 가지고, 가요성 흑연 포일은 외면(11o)에 대향하는 측으로부터 볼 수 있고, 채널은 전지에 의해 소비되는 제1 가스를 위한 분배 채널(111)인 유체 분배 판.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 제1 판(11)은 금속 재료로 제조되는 유체 분배 판.
- 제3항에 있어서, 제1 판(11)은 스테인레스 강으로 제조되는 유체 분배 판.
- 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 주연 섹션(P)의 외면(11o)은 부식-방지 코팅으로 덮이는 유체 분배 판.
- 제5항에 있어서, 부식-방지 코팅은 전기적으로 비전도성인 유체 분배 판.
- 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 부식-방지 코팅은 분배 판의 에지(11T)도 덮는 유체 분배 판.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 가요성 흑연 포일(11C)은 리세스의 섹션(S)보다 약간 더 작은 단면을 가지고, 가요성 흑연 포일(11C)의 에지와 주연 섹션(P)의 에지 사이의 갭은 채널에서 흐르도록 정해진 유체에 대해 불침투성인 충전 재료(11D)로 충전되는 유체 분배 판.
- 제8항에 있어서, 충전 재료(11D)는 전기적으로 비전도성 접착제이며, 또한 유체 입구 및 출구 오리피스의 전체 주연부 상부를 포함하여 가요성 흑연 포일(11C)의 주연 섹션(11E)으로 제한되는 표면 상의 상기 제1 판 및 가요성 흑연 포 일 사이에 개재되는 유체 분배 판.
- 제4항에 있어서, 리세스의 하부는 제1 판과 가요성 흑연 포일 사이에 개재된 구리 박층으로 덮이는 유체 분배 판.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 전기 전도성 재료로 만들어지며, 제1 판(1)의 내면(11i)에 대향하여 적용되도록 된 내면(12i) 및 외면(12o)을 가지는 제2 분배 판(12)을 포함하고, 냉각제 순환을 위한 채널(122)이 제2 판(12)의 내면(12i) 상에 마련되고, 양극성 판(3)을 형성하도록 제1 및 제2 판 각각의 전체 내면을 덮는 전기 전도성 접속 재료(2)의 균일층을 통하여 판들이 함께 접합되는 유체 분배 판.
