Description
Claims (14)
- 음성 신호와 영상 신호를 포함하는 데이터를 입력하는 데이터 입력 단계와,각각 다른 기준에 근거하여 상기 음성 신호로부터 상기 입력 데이터의 악곡 후보 구간을 검출하는 복수의 악곡 후보 구간 검출 단계와,상기 검출된 복수의 악곡 후보 구간에 근거하여 악곡 구간을 검출하는 악곡 구간 검출 단계를 구비하는 악곡 구간 검출 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 복수의 기준에 포함되는 하나의 기준의 검출 특성은 상기 하나 이외의 다른 기준의 검출 특성을 보완하도록 설정되는 악곡 구간 검출 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 기준의 하나는 상기 악곡 후보 구간과 상기 악곡 후보 구간 이외의 구간의 경계를 검출하도록 설정되는 악곡 구간 검출 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 기준의 하나는 상기 악곡 후보 구간의 도중을 검출하도록 설정되는 악곡 구간 검출 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 악곡 후보 구간 검출 단계는 상기 검출된 악곡 후보 구간을 보정하는 보정 단계를 구비하는 악곡 구간 검출 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,광고 구간을 검출하는 광고 검출 단계를 구비하고,상기 악곡 구간에서 상기 광고 구간을 제외하는 악곡 구간 검출 방법.
- 청구항 1에 기재된 악곡 구간 검출 방법에 의해 검출된 악곡 구간을 포함하는 데이터를 기록하는 데이터 기록 단계와,상기 악곡 구간을 특정하기 위한 정보를 기록하는 정보 기록 단계를 구비하는 데이터 기록 방법.
- 각각 다른 기준에 근거하여, 음성 신호와 영상 신호를 포함하는 입력 데이터의 상기 음성 신호로부터, 상기 입력 데이터의 악곡 후보 구간을 검출하는 복수의 악곡 후보 구간 검출부와,상기 검출된 복수의 악곡 후보 구간에 근거하여, 악곡 구간을 검출하는 악곡 구간 검출부를 구비하는 악곡 구간 검출 장치.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 복수의 기준에 포함되는 하나의 기준의 검출 특성은 상기 하나 이외의 다른 기준의 검출 특성을 보완하도록 설정되는 악곡 구간 검출 장치.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 기준의 하나는, 상기 악곡 후보 구간과, 상기 악곡 후보 구간 이외의 구간의 경계를 검출하도록 설정되는 악곡 구간 검출 장치.
- 상기 기준의 하나는, 상기 악곡 후보 구간의 도중을 검출하도록 설정되는 악 곡 구간 검출 장치.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 검출된 악곡 후보 구간을 보정하는 보정부를 구비하고,상기 악곡 검출부는, 상기 보정부에 의해 보정된 복수의 악곡 후보 구간에 근거하여 악곡 구간을 검출하는 악곡 구간 검출 장치.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,광고 구간을 검출하는 광고 검출부를 구비하고,상기 악곡 구간 검출부는, 상기 악곡 구간에서 상기 광고 구간을 제외하는악곡 구간 검출 장치.
- 청구항 8에 기재된 악곡 구간 검출 장치에 의해 검출된 악곡 구간을 포함하는 데이터를 기록하는 데이터 기록부를 구비하고,상기 데이터 기록부는 상기 악곡 구간을 특정하기 위한 정보를 기록하는것을 특징으로 하는 데이터 기록 장치.
