Description
Claims (19)
- 제1 표면과 이 제1 표면의 반대측의 제2 표면을 갖는 실질적으로 투명한 박막과,폴리우레탄 박막 형성 조성물로부터 형성된 실질적으로 투명한 김서림 방지층을 포함하며, 상기 폴리우레탄 박막 형성 조성물은 -23 ℃ 내지 65 ℃ 사이에서 번갈아 나타나는 온도에서 상기 김서림 방지층에 김서림 방지 특성을 제공하기에 효과적이고, 상기 김서림 방지층은 박막의 제1 표면의 영역에 배치되는 것인 김서림 방지용 박막 조립체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 박막은, 폴리카보네이트, 폴리에스테르, 폴리(시클로헥산디메탄올 테레프탈레이트)-코-폴리(에틸렌 테레프탈레이트), 아크릴, 폴리비닐클로라이드, 폴리비스알릴 카보네이트, 폴리에틸렌 나프테네이트, 폴리카보네이트/PCCD 혼합물, 및 이들 폴리머 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 혼합물로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 것인 김서림 방지용 박막 조립체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리우레탄 박막 형성 조성물은 이소시아네이트 반응성 부분, 소수성 영역 및 친수성 영역을 구비하는 계면활성제를 더 포함하는 것인 김서림 방지용 박막 조립체.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 계면활성제는 양이온 계면활성제 및 음이온 계면활성제의 조합을 포함하는 것인 김서림 방지용 박막 조립체.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 계면활성제 중 이소시아네이트 반응성 부분은 하이드록실기인 것인 김서림 방지용 박막 조립체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리우레탄 박막 형성 조성물은, 반응성 이소시아네이트기를 갖는 폴리이소시아네이트 프레폴리머, 친수성 폴리올 및 친수성 영역과 소수성 영역을 갖는 하이드록실 함유 계면활성제를 포함하는 것인 김서림 방지용 박막 조립체.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 계면활성제는 계면활성제에 공유결합된 하이드록실기를 갖는 양이온 계면활성제인 것인 김서림 방지용 박막 조립체.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 계면활성제는 상대양이온(countercation)과 결합된 음이온 계면활성제이고, 상기 하이드록실기는 상대양이온과 공유결합된 것인 김서림 방지용 박막 조립체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 그래픽 요소를 더 포함하는 것인 김서림 방지용 박막 조립 체.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 그래픽 요소는 김서림 방지층의 영역, 김서림 방지층과 박막의 제1 표면 사이, 박막의 제1 표면의 영역, 또는 박막의 제2 표면의 영역에 배치되는 것인 김서림 방지용 박막 조립체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 김서림 방지용 박막 조립체는 기판 상에서 위치를 바꿀 수 있는 것인 김서림 방지용 박막 조립체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 박막의 제2 표면의 영역에 배치되는 접착제를 더 포함하는 것인 김서림 방지용 박막 조립체.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 접착제는 조립체가 기판 상에서 위치를 바꿀 수 있도록 해주는 것인 김서림 방지용 박막 조립체.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 박막의 제2 표면과 접착제 사이에 배치된 그래픽 요소를 더 포함하는 것인 김서림 방지용 박막 조립체.
- 제1 표면을 갖는 실질적으로 투명한 기판 및 제1항에 따른 김서림 방지용 박막 조립체를 포함하며, 상기 박막의 제2 표면은 상기 기판의 영역에 배치되는 것인 응축 저항성 물품.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 김서림 방지용 박막 조립체는 그래픽 요소를 더 포함하는 것인 응축 저항성 물품.
- 제15항에 있어서, 냉장고 패널, 건물 창유리, 윈드쉴드, 반사면, 계기 표면, 또는 정면 쉴드인 것인 응축 저항성 물품.
- 제17항에 있어서, 상기 기판은 냉장고 문짝 또는 냉장고 창유리인 것인 응축 저항성 물품.
