Claims (8)
- 230℃ 에서의 용융 장력이 5 ∼ 30g 인 직사슬형의 폴리프로필렌계 수지를 함유하는 폴리올레핀계 수지 조성물을, 초임계 상태의 이산화탄소를 적어도 함유하는 발포제를 이용하여, 발포 배율을 10 배 이상 발포시켜 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 단열 건재용 발포 보드.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,평균 셀 직경이 200㎛ 이하이고, 또한 셀 직경 분포 계수가 30% 이하인 균일 셀 직경 분포를 갖는 단열 건재용 발포 보드.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,230℃ 에서의 용융 장력이 5 ∼ 30g 인 직사슬형의 폴리프로필렌계 수지가, 상기 폴리올레핀계 수지 조성물 중에 50 질량% 이상 함유되는 단열 건재용 발포 보드.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,JIS-A1412 에 준거하여 측정되는 열전도율이 20 ∼ 40mW/mK 인 단열 건재용 발포 보드.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,JIS-A1412 에 준거하여 측정되는 열전도율이 20 ∼ 37mW/mK 인 단열 건재용 발포 보드.
- 압출기와, 선단에 장착된 다이스를 갖는 발포 장치를 이용하여, 230℃ 에서의 용융 장력이 5 ∼ 30g 인 직사슬형의 폴리프로필렌계 수지를 함유하는 폴리올레핀계 수지 조성물과, 초임계 상태의 이산화탄소를 적어도 함유하는 발포제를, 160 ∼ 250℃ 의 온도 조건으로 용융 압출하여, 다이스 개구부 바로 근처 수지 압력을 6 ∼ 20MPa 로 대기 하로 방출시켜 압출 발포하는 것을 특징으로 하는 단열 건재용 발포 보드의 제조 방법
- 제 6 항에 있어서,다이스 개구부 바로 근처 수지 압력을 7 ∼ 15MPa 로 대기 하로 방출하여 압출 발포하는 것을 특징으로 하는 단열 건재용 발포 보드의 제조 방법.
- 제 6 항 또는 제 7 항에 있어서,압출기가 압출 토출량이 1 ∼ 1000㎏/hr 인 탠덤형 압출기인 단열 건재용 발포 보드의 제조 방법.
