Abstract
Description
Claims (15)
- 복수개의 강화 섬유다발을 포함하는 직물 기재의 적어도 한쪽 표면에 수지 재료가 고착된 강화 섬유 직물이며, 비섬유축 방향 인장 시험에 의한 인장 왜곡이 1 %에 도달하기까지의 하중의 최대값이 0.01 내지 0.75 N의 범위 내에 있는 강화 섬유 직물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 비섬유축 방향 인장 시험에 의한 인장 왜곡이 5 %에 도달하기까지의 하중의 최대값이 0.1 내지 1.0 N의 범위 내에 있는 강화 섬유 직물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 수지 재료의 고착량이 1 내지 50 g/㎡인 강화 섬유 직물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 수지 재료가 열가소성 수지를 주성분으로 하는 강화 섬유 직물.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 직물 기재가 2방향성 직물인 강화 섬유 직물.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 강화 섬유다발이 탄소 섬유다발 인 강화 섬유 직물.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 강화 섬유 직물을 적어도 1층 포함하고 있는 프리폼.
- 제7항에 기재된 프리폼에 매트릭스 수지가 함침되어 있는 섬유 강화 수지 성형품.
- 복수개의 강화 섬유다발을 포함하는 직물 기재의 적어도 한쪽 표면에 수지 재료를 고착시킨 후에, 상기 직물 기재를 구성하는 복수개의 강화 섬유다발의 상대 위치에 변동을 제공함으로써, 2개 이상의 강화 섬유다발에 걸쳐 고착하고 있는 수지 재료를 상기 2개 이상의 강화 섬유다발의 일부에서 박리하는 강화 섬유 직물의 제조 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 직물 기재에 5 내지 45°의 전단 변형을 제공함으로써, 상기 직물 기재를 구성하는 복수개의 강화 섬유다발의 상대 위치에 변동을 제공하는 강화 섬유 직물의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 강화 섬유 직물 및 강화 섬유다발을 포함하는 직물 기재를 부형형에 적층 배치하고, 이어서 상기 강화 섬유 직물 및 직물 기재의 적층체를 가압, 가열함으로써 강화 섬유 직물에 고착하고 있는 수지 재료를 연화하여 상기 적층체의 층간을 접착하는 프리폼의 제조 방법.
- 복수개의 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 강화 섬유 직물을 부형형에 적층 배치하고, 이어서 상기 강화 섬유 직물의 적층체를 가압, 가열함으로써 강화 섬유 직물에 고착하고 있는 수지 재료를 연화하여 상기 적층체의 층간을 접착하는 프리폼의 제조 방법.
- 제11항 또는 제12항에 있어서, 대향하는 적어도 2개의 부형형 사이에 상기 적층체를 배치하고, 상기 적층체의 일부를 가압한 후, 나머지 부분을 가압, 가열하는 프리폼의 제조 방법.
- 제11항 또는 제12항에 있어서, 부형형에 적층 배치한 적층체의 일부를 가압한 후, 상기 적층체의 위로부터 시트를 씌우고, 기체 또는 액체에 의해 상기 시트를 통해 상기 적층체를 가압, 가열하는 프리폼의 제조 방법.
- 제11항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 제조 방법에 의해서 제조된 프리폼에 매트릭스 수지를 함침시켜 경화 또는 고화시키는 섬유 강화 수지 성형품의 제조 방법.
