Claims (6)
- 작동유의 공급을 받아서 체결하는 복수의 마찰 체결 요소를 갖고, 적어도 상기 복수의 마찰 체결 요소 중 하나인 최Lo 마찰 체결 요소가 체결됨으로써 변속비가 가장 큰 최Lo 변속단을 달성하는 자동 변속기의 변속 제어 장치에 있어서,상기 변속기의 작동 유온이 상기 최Lo 마찰 체결 요소의 체결 불량을 일으키는 소정의 극저온보다도 낮을 때, 상기 최Lo 변속단의 사용을 금지하고, 상기 최Lo 마찰 체결 요소를 해방한 상태에서 달성할 수 있는 상기 최Lo 변속단 이외의 변속단을 사용하는 변속 제어 수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 자동 변속기의 변속 제어 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 최Lo 마찰 체결 요소가 롤러식 원웨이 클러치인 것을 특징으로 하는 자동 변속기의 변속 제어 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 최Lo 마찰 체결 요소가 롤러식 원웨이 클러치와 병렬로 설치되어 있는 마찰 체결 요소인 것을 특징으로 하는 자동 변속기의 변속 제어 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 변속기의 인히비터 스위치의 이상을 판정하는 수단과,상기 변속기의 입력축과 상기 최Lo 마찰 체결 요소 사이에 배치되어 상기 최Lo 변속단을 달성할 때에 체결되고, 상기 인히비터 스위치가 이상이라고 판정되었을 때에는 체결 속도가 증대되는 상류측 마찰 체결 요소를 구비하고,상기 변속 제어 수단은, 상기 인히비터 스위치가 이상이라고 판정되었을 때에는 상기 작동 유온이 상기 소정의 극저온보다도 높은 소정의 저온보다도 낮을 때라도 상기 최Lo 변속단의 사용을 금지하고, 상기 최Lo 변속단 이외의 변속단을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동 변속기의 변속 제어 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 변속기의 인히비터 스위치의 이상을 판정하는 수단과,상기 변속기의 입력축과 상기 최Lo 마찰 체결 요소 사이에 배치되고, 상기 최Lo 변속단을 달성할 때에 체결되고, 상기 인히비터 스위치가 이상이라고 판정되었을 때에는 체결 속도가 증대되는 상류측 마찰 체결 요소를 구비하고,상기 변속 제어 수단은 상기 인히비터 스위치가 이상이라고 판정되고, 또한 상기 작동 유온이 상기 소정의 극저온보다 낮을 때에 상기 최Lo 변속단의 사용을 금지하고, 상기 최Lo 변속단 이외의 변속단을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동 변속기의 변속 제어 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 최Lo 변속단 이외의 변속단은 상기 최Lo 마찰 체결 요소를 해방한 상태에서 달성할 수 있는 상기 최Lo 변속단 이외의 변속단 중 가장 변속비가 큰 변속단인 것을 특징으로 하는 자동 변속기의 변속 제어 장치.
