Claims (8)
- 다수의 스탠드에서의 압연 단계의 마지막까지 중단 없이, 많은 양의 강 "질량 흐름", 즉 연속 캐스팅의 출구에서 단위 시간에 흐르는 많은 양의 강을 가지는 120 mm 내지 400 mm 두께의 블룸/빌릿의 연속 캐스팅 단계로부터 긴 강 제품(바아, 와이어, 앵글 아이런, 비임 및 레일과 같은)을 제조하기 위한 방법으로서, 상기 연속 캐스팅 단계는 미 응고 압하를 포함하고, 이어서 유도 가열 단계가 실시되는, 긴 강 제품 제조 방법에 있어서,상기 압연 단계로 유입될 때, 상기 제품의 평균 온도가 표면 온도보다 높으며, 코어 또는 중간 내부 영역에서의 온도와, 약 1200℃인 표면 온도 사이의 차이가 100℃ 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는,긴 강 제품 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 유도 가열 단계와 압연 단계 사이에 디스케일링 단계가 제공되는,긴 강 제품 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 압연 스탠드들 사이 중간에, 하나 이상의 부가 유도 가열 단계가 제공되는,긴 강 제품 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 압연 스탠드들 사이 중간에, 하나 이상의 냉각 단계가 제공되는,긴 강 제품 제조 방법.
- 캐스팅 제품(10)의 미 응고 압하를 포함하는 연속 캐스팅(1)으로부터 120 내지 400 mm 두께의 블룸/빌릿으로부터 긴 강 제품(바아, 와이어, 앵글 아이런, 비임 및 레일과 같은)을 제조하기 위한 플랜트로서, 상기 플랜트는 상기 제품(10)이 중단 없이 공급되는 다수의 스탠드를 구비한 마무리 압연기(4)의 상류부에 유도 가열로(2)를 포함하는, 긴 강 제품 제조 플랜트에 있어서,상기 제 1 압연 스탠드의 입구에서 상기 제품의 평균 온도가 표면 온도 보다 높으며, 코어 또는 내부 중간 영역에서 약 1200℃인 상기 표면 온도 보다 적어도 100℃ 더 높으며, 압연기(4)와 연속 캐스팅(1)의 출구 사이의 거리가 30m 보다 크지 않은 것을 특징으로 하는,긴 강 제품 제조 플랜트.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,유도로(2)와 압연기(4) 사이에 디스케일러(3)를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는,긴 강 제품 제조 플랜트.
- 제 5 항 또는 제 6 항에 있어서,압연 스탠드들(4) 사이 중간에 하나 이상의 부가적인 유도 가열로를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는,긴 강 제품 제조 플랜트.
- 제 5 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 압연 스탠드들(4) 사이에 중간 냉각 수단(5, 5')을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는,긴 강제 품 제조 플랜트.
