Claims (7)
- 공정에서 사용된 헬륨가스가 소량 포함된 폐헬륨가스를 헬륨농도 40% 이상되는 헬륨부화가스로 만드는 폐헬륨가스를 회수하는 방법으로서,공정에서 사용된 후 배기라인을 통하여 배기되는 폐헬륨가스(1)를 진공흡입하여 압축하고 1단 막분리장치를 통과시켜 헬륨농도를 높인 헬륨부화스트림(2)을 얻는 1단 막분리공정과,상기 헬륨부화스트림(2)을 2단막분리장치를 통과시켜서 헬륨의 농도가 50% 이상되는 헬륨부화스트림(3)을 얻는 2단 막분리공정을 포함하는 것이 특징인 폐헬륨가스의 회수방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 1단 막분리공정에서 1단막분리장치의 분리막을 투과하지 못한 질소스트림을 한번더 막분리장치를 통과시켜 헬륨의 농도를 높인 헬륨부화스트림(3)을 얻는 추가막분리공정과,상기 2단막분리공정과 상기 추가막분리공정으로부터의 헬륨부화스트림(3')을 합한 헬륨부화가스(4)를 저장 및 운송용 튜브트레일러에 저장하는 저장공정을 추가로 포함하는 것이 특징인 폐헬륨가스의 회수방법.
- 공정에서 사용된 헬륨가스가 소량 포함된 폐헬륨가스를 회수하여 정제하는 방법에 있어서,폐헬륨가스를 가압하여 막분리방법으로 헬륨이 50%이상 포함된 헬륨부화가스를 만드는 폐헬륨가스의 회수단계와,상기 헬륨부화가스를 압력변동흡착방식으로 잔여질소를 제거하는 공정,상기 잔여질소제거공정을 거친 폐헬륨가스를 수소와 반응시켜서 산소를 제거하는 산소제거공정,상기 기 산소제거공정을 거친 폐헬륨 혼합가스에 남아 있는 불순을 제거하기 위하여, 저온흡탈착기를 통과시켜서 불순물을 저온 및 동결 흡착시키는 불순물 제거공정,상기 저온흡탈착기를 가온하여 흡착된 불순물들을 방산시키는 저혼흡착기재생공정을 포함하는 것이 특징인 폐헬륨가스의 회수정제방법.
- 청구항 3에 있어서, 상기 저혼흡착기재생공정에서,질소가스를 전기가온기에서 가열하여 저온흡착기의 흡착제와 함께 설치된 가온코일에 가온된 질소가스를 흘려서 흡착제를 가열하고,상기 흡착제와 상기 가온코일이 설치된 저온흡착기 내통과 내통 외부에 설치된 외통과의 사이에 상기 가온된 질소가스를 흘려서 내통과 외통을 가열함으로써 흡착제를 가열하는 것이 특징인 폐헬륨가스의 회수정제방법.
- 헬륨가스가 혼합된 폐헬륨가스를 수집하여 정제된 헬륨가스를 얻기 위하여 불순물제거장치를 포함하여 이루어지고, 상기 불순물제거장치가:내부에 액화질소를 소정의 레벨로 유지하는 액화질소용기와,상기 액화질소용기 내 액화질소에 외부가 노출되고 액화질소에 대하여 밀폐되고 가스의 인입구와 인출구가 형성된 외함과,상기 외함 내에 일정한 간격을 두고 설치되고, 가스의 인입구와 인출구가 형성된 밀폐된 내함과,상기 내함 내부에 설치된 분자체와 활성탄소와,상기 내함 내부에 설치되고 된 가열용 코일을 포함하여 이루어지고,상기 가열용 코일에서 발생되는 열과 상기 외함과 내함 사이 공간에 흐르는 기체에 의한 열에 의하여 상기 분자체와 활성탄소가 가온되어 흡착된 물질이 탈착하게 되는 것이 특징인 불순물 제거 장치.
- 공정에서 사용된 폐헬륨가스를 수집하는 폐헬륨가스 회수 장치로서,페헬륨가스가 흐르는 배기라인에 연결된 제1진공펌프,상기 제1진공펌프의 가스 출구에 연결된 제1압축기,상기 제1압축기에 의하여 압출된 가스가 인입되는 1단 막분리장치,상기 1단 막분리장치에서 질소가스와 분리되어 인출되는 헬륨부화스트림(2)을 진공으로 흡입하기 위한 제2진공펌프,상기 제2진공펌프의 가스 출구에 연결된 제2압축기,상기 제2압축기에 의하여 압출된 가스가 인입되는 2단 막분리장치,상기 2단 막분리장치에서 인출되는 헬륨부화가스(3)을 압축하여 저장하기 위한 충전용압축기를 포함하여 이루어지는 폐헬륨가스 회수 장치.
- 공정에서 사용된 폐헬륨가스를 수집하여 정제하는 폐헬륨가스 회수 정제 장치로서, 상기 장치는 청구항 제6항에서 정의한 페헬륨가스 회수 장치와 청구항 제5항에서 정의한 불순물 제거 장치를 포함하여 이루어지는 것이 특징인 페헬륨가스 회수 정제 장치.
