Claims (9)
- 기판을 준비하는 단계;상기 기판상에 제1 전극을 형성하는 단계;상기 제1 전극 상에 절연막을 형성하는 단계;상기 제1 전극이 노출되도록 상기 절연막에 소정의 개구부를 형성하는 단계;상기 절연막 상의 상기 개구부 외의 영역에 도전체 스페이서를 형성하는 단계;상기 개구부로 노출된 제1 전극상에 유기 발광층을 형성하는 단계 및상기 유기 발광층 상에 제2 전극을 형성하는 단계를 포함하고,상기 스페이서는 제2 전극과 전기적으로 연결되는 유기 발광 표시 장치의 제조 방법.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 절연막과 스페이서 사이에 유기막을 형성하는 단계를 더 포함하는 유기 발광 표시 장치의 제조 방법.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 절연막과 스페이서 사이에 무기막을 형성하는 단계를 더 포함하는 유기 발광 표시 장치의 제조 방법.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 스페이서는 금속을 포함하는 재질로 형성하는 유기 발광 표시 장치의 제조 방법.
- 기판상에 형성되는 제1 전극;상기 제1 전극 상에 형성되는 절연막;상기 제1 전극이 노출되도록 상기 절연막에 형성된 소정의 개구부;상기 절연막 상의 상기 개구부 외의 영역에 형성된 도전체 스페이서;상기 개구부로 노출된 제1 전극상에 형성된 유기 발광층 및상기 유기 발광층 상에 형성되고 상기 스페이서에 전기적으로 연결되는 제2 전극을 포함하는 유기 발광 표시 장치.
- 제5 항에 있어서,상기 절연막과 스페이서 사이에 형성된 무기막을 더 포함하는 유기 발광 표시 장치.
- 제5 항에 있어서,상기 절연막과 스페이서 사이에 형성된 유기막을 더 포함하는 유기 발광 표시 장치.
- 제5 항에 있어서,상기 스페이서는 상기 유기 발광층의 외곽을 둘러싸도록 격자형으로 형성되는 유기 발광 표시 장치.
- 제5 항에 있어서,상기 스페이서는 금속을 포함하는 재질로 형성하는 유기 발광 표시 장치.
