Claims (16)
- 내연 기관용 흡기 장치로서, 상기 흡기 장치는 조립된 상태에서 연소 공기를 위한 흐름 채널(11)이 형성되는 적어도 두 개의 합성수지 개별부품(2, 3)을 포함하며, 합성수지 개별부품(2, 3)이 대응 용접면(8, 9, 10; 15, 16, 17)을 포함하고, 이 용접면이 흐름 채널(11)의 방사상 외측에 존재하며 그에서 합성수지 개별부품(2, 3)이 마찰용접을 통해 서로 결합되는 흡기 장치에 있어서,제1 합성수지 개별부품에서 뿐 아니라 제2 합성수지 개별부품(2, 3)에서도 흐름 채널축과 각도를 갖는 면에 존재하는 적어도 두 개의 서로 이격된 용접면(8, 9, 10; 15, 16, 17)이 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡기 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 용접면(8, 10)이 흐름 채널(11)에 대해 서로 다른 방사상 간격으로 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡기 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 용접면(8, 10)이 흐름 채널(11)에 대해 횡방향인 공동의 면(12)에 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡기 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 용접면(8, 10; 9)이 축방향으로 서로 이격되는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡기 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 용접면(8, 10; 9)이 흐름 채널(11)에 대해 횡방향인 서로 다른 면(12; 13)에 존재하며, 용접면(8, 10; 9) 사이에 어깨부가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡기 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 용접면(8, 9; 15, 16)이 하나의 합성수지 개별부품(2; 3)에서 서로 동심성으로 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡기 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 하나의 합성수지 개별부품(2; 3)에서 상기 용접면(9, 10; 16, 17)이 둘레 방향으로 단지 일부 구역으로만 진행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡기 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 하나의 합성수지 개별부품(2; 3)에서 상기 용접면(8; 15)이 둘레 전체에 걸쳐 진행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡기 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 하나의 합성수지 개별부품(2)에서 방사상 내측 용접면(8)과 방사상 외측 용접면(10) 사이를 결합하는 리브(14)가 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡기 장치.
- 제9항에 있어서, 결합하는 리브(14)가 마찬가지로 용접면을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡기 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 용접면(9; 16)이 방사상 방향을 향하는 부분(9a; 16a)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡기 장치.
- 특히 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 내연 기관용 흡기 장치로서, 상기 흡기 장치는 조립된 상태에서 연소 공기를 위한 흐름 채널(11)이 형성되는 적어도 세 개의 합성수지 개별부품(2, 3, 4, 5)을 포함하며, 합성수지 개별부품(2, 3, 4, 5)이 대응 용접면(8, 9, 10; 15, 16, 17; 21, 22)을 포함하고, 그에서 합성수지 개별부품(2, 3, 4, 5)이 마찰용접을 통해 서로 결합되는 흡기 장치에 있어서,두 개의 다른 합성수지 개별부품(3, 4, 5)과 결합된 제1 합성수지 개별부품(2)에서 용접면들이 서로 일정한 각도로 교차되는 면에 각각 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡기 장치.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 용접면(8, 9, 10, 21, 22)이 제1 합성수지 개별부품(2)에서 서로 직접 인접되게 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡기 장치.
- 제12항 또는 제13항에 있어서, 제1 합성수지 개별부품(2)의 정면(7)에 하나의 용접면(8, 9, 10), 둘레에 하나의 용접면(21) 및/또는 방사상 방향에 하나의 용 접면(22)이 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡기 장치.
- 제14항에 있어서, 방사상 방향으로 진행하는 용접면(22)에 홈이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡기 장치.
- 제12항 내지 제15항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제1 합성수지 개별부품(2)이 세 개의 다른 합성수지 개별부품(3, 4, 5)과 결합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡기 장치.
