Claims (10)
- 철계와 구리계의 원료 분말을 성형 금형의 충전부에 충전시키고, 그 원료 분말을 가압하여 압분체를 성형하고, 그 압분체를 소결하여 이루어지는 슬라이딩 부품에 있어서,상기 구리계 원료 분말은, 상기 철계 원료 분말보다 평균 직경이 작고, 그 철계 원료 분말보다 종횡비가 큰 편평상의 구리계 편평 원료 분말, 및 그 구리계 편평 원료 분말보다 평균 직경이 작은 구리계 소원료 분말로 이루어지고,표면측에 구리가 편석되며, 불화 칼슘을 소지 (素地) 에 분산 분포시켜 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬라이딩 부품.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 슬라이딩부의 표면 구리 피복률이 80% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 슬라이딩 부품.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 구리계 편평 원료 분말의 종횡비가 10 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 슬라이딩 부품.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 구리계 원료 분말의 비율이 전체의 20 ∼ 40 중량% 인 것을 특징으로 하는 슬라이딩 부품.
- 철계와 구리계의 원료 분말을 성형 금형의 충전부에 충전시키고, 그 원료 분말을 가압하여 압분체를 성형하고, 그 압분체를 소결하여 이루어지는 슬라이딩 부품에 있어서,상기 구리계 원료 분말은, 상기 철계 원료 분말보다 최대 투영 면적의 평균치가 작고, 그 철계 원료 분말보다 종횡비가 큰 편평상의 구리계 편평 원료 분말, 및 그 구리계 편평 원료 분말보다 최대 투영 면적의 평균치가 작은 구리계 소원료 분말로 이루어지고,표면측에 구리가 편석되며, 불화 칼슘을 소지에 분산 분포시켜 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬라이딩 부품.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 슬라이딩부의 표면 구리 피복률이 80% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 슬라이딩 부품.
- 철계와 구리계의 원료 분말을 성형 금형의 충전부에 충전시키고, 그 원료 분말을 가압하여 압분체를 성형하고, 그 압분체를 소결하여 이루어지는 슬라이딩 부품의 제조 방법에 있어서,상기 철계와 구리계의 원료 분말 외에 불화 칼슘을 첨가하여 상기 충전부에 충전시키고, 상기 구리계 원료 분말은, 상기 철계 원료 분말보다 평균 직경이 작고, 또한 그 철계 원료 분말보다 종횡비가 큰 편평상의 구리계 편평 원료 분말, 및 그 구리계 편평 원료 분말보다 평균 직경이 작은 구리계 소원료 분말로 이루어지 고,상기 충전부 내의 상기 구리계 편평 원료 분말을 상기 압분체의 표면측에 편석시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬라이딩 부품의 제조 방법.

- 제 7 항 또는 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 구리계 편평 원료 분말의 종횡비가 10 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 슬라이딩 부품의 제조 방법.
- 제 7 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 구리계 편평 원료 분말의 비율이 전체의 20 ∼ 40 중량% 인 것을 특징으로 하는 슬라이딩 부품의 제조 방법.
