Claims (11)
- (a) 전도성 필러와,(b) 유기 바인더와,(c) 광중합 개시제와,(d) 저비점 유기 용매와 고비점 유기 용매의 혼합 용매를 포함하는 대전방지 하드코팅 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전도성 필러가 폴리아닐린계, 폴리피롤계 및 폴리티오펜계 고분자로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택된 적어도 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 대전방지 하드코팅 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 유기 바인더는 2관능 이상의 아크릴 모노머의 적어도 1종을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 대전방지 하드코팅 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 유기 바인더는 2관능 아크릴 모노머의 적어도 1종 및 4관능 이상의 아크릴 모노머 적어도 1종을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 대전방 지 하드코팅 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, (e) 레벨링제, (f) 광안정제 또는 (g) 계면 활성제의 첨가제를 하나 이상 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 대전방지 하드코팅 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,(a) 전도성 필러 0.01-15 중량%와,(b) 유기 바인더 5~80 중량% 와,(c) 광중합 개시제의 0.3-10 중량%와,(d) 혼합 용매 10-70 중량%를 포함하는 대전방지 하드코팅 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 의한 조성물을 투명 플라스틱 기재에 도포하는 단계;상기 투명 플라스틱 기재를 건조하는 단계; 및상기 투명 플라스틱 기재에 자외선을 조사하는 단계를 포함하는 대전방지 하드코팅 조성물의 코팅방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 투명 플라스틱 기재는 폴리카보네이트 수지, 폴리메타메틸아크릴레이트 수지, 폴리비닐클로라이드 수지 또는 ABS 수지로 이루어지는 대전방지 하드코팅 조성물의 코팅방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 조성물의 도포 단계는 20-30℃의 온도 및 10-40%의 습도 하에서 플로우 코팅방법으로 진행하는 대전방지 하드코팅 조성물의 코팅방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 투명 플라스틱 기재로부터 미반응 물질, 잔류 용매 및 이물질을 제거하는 단계를 더 포함하는 대전방지 하드코팅 조성물의 코팅방법.
- 제 7 항에 의한 코팅방법으로 제조되는 대전방지 투명패널.
