Claims (14)
- 적어도 하나의 실(2, 17) 및 하나의 스피닝 링(3, 21)을 구비한 실링 장치(1, 16)로서,스피닝 링(3, 21)이 제1 중공 원통형 부분, 제1 부분(4, 23)에서 제1 부분(4, 23)에 대해 동심성으로 배치된 제2 중공 원통형 부분(5, 28) 및 제1 부분(4, 23)에 대해 꺽인 판 형태의 링 부분(8, 27)을 포함하며, 제1 부분(4, 23) 및 제2 부분(8, 27)이 서로 일체형으로 스피닝 링에 형성되며 제1 부분(4, 23)에는 실(2, 17)의 적어도 하나의 탄성 실링 립(10, 19)이 접하는 실링 장치에 있어서,제1 부분(4, 23)과 제2 부분(8, 27) 사이에서 방사상 방향으로 환형 틈새(6, 24)가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 실링 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 환형 틈새(6, 24)의 최소 방사상 치수가 부분(4, 8, 23, 27) 중 하나의 최대 방사상 측벽 두께와 적어도 동일한 것을 특징으로 하는 실링 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1 부분(4, 23)이 중공 원뿔대 형태의 결합부(7)에서 제2 부분(8, 27)으로 연결되며, 결합부(7)가 축 방향에서 링 부분(8, 27)로부터 이격되게 제1 부분(4, 23)에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 실링 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 결합부(7)에서 제2 부분(8, 27)로의 전이부가 외측에서 라운딩되는 것을 특징으로 하는 실링 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제2 부분(8, 27)이 회전하는 기계 부품에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 실링 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제2 부분(8, 27)이 롤러 베어링(12)의 내측 링(14)에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 실링 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 스피닝 링(3, 21)이 금속 판으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 실링 장치.
- 롤러 베어링(12)에 있는 제1항에 따른 실링 장치에 있어서, 링 부분(8, 27)에서 실(2, 17)의 대응측에 교차적으로 극화된 자성 인코더(22)가 둘레측으로 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 실링 장치.
- 롤러 베어링(12)에 있는 제1항에 따른 실링 장치에 있어서, 실(2, 17)이 롤러 베어링(12)의 외측 링(13)에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 실링 장치.
- 롤러 베어링(12)에 있는 제1항에 따른 실링 장치에 있어서, 실(2, 17)이 서 포트 링(9, 26)에 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 실링 장치.
- 제10항에 있어서, 서포트 링(9, 26)이 서로 각을 이루은 두 개의 링 레그(29, 30)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 실링 장치.
- 제10항 또는 제11항에 있어서, 서포트 링(9, 26)이 비강자성 금속인 것을 특징으로 하는 실링 장치.
- 스피닝 링(34)이 제1 중공 원통형 부분(35), 제1 중공 원통형 부분(35)에서 제1 중공 원통형 부분(35)에 대해 동심성으로 배치된 제2 중공 원통형 부분(36) 및 제1 부분(35)에 대해 꺽인 판 형태의 링 부분(37)을 포함하며, 제1 부분(35) 및 제2 부분(36)이 방사상 둘레 측에서 스피닝 링(34) 판의 적층을 위해 서로 겹쳐지며 축방향에서 링 부분(37)에서부터 멀어지는 적층부의 단부(38)에서 일체형으로 전환되고, 실(45)의 적어도 하나의 탄성 실링 립(47)이 제1 부분(35)에 접하는 스피닝 링(34)에 있어서,스피닝 링(34)이 냉간 형성된 사면(39)을 포함하며, 사면(39)의 컨투어가 방사상 외측을 향하는 제1 부분(35)의 원통형 외측면(40)에서부터 형성되며 단부(38) 방향으로 낮아지도록 경사지게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스피닝 링(34).
- 제13항에 있어서, 사면(39)이 외측에서 원뿔대의 외측면(40)에 의해 한정되 는 것을 특징으로 하는 실링 장치.
