Description
Claims (10)
- 와이어(W)의 단부에 고정된 후에, 커넥터 하우징의 공동(11) 내로 적어도 부분적으로 삽입되는 단자 피팅(T)으로서,상대 단자가 적어도 부분적으로 삽입될 수 있는 실질적으로 튜브 형태의 주요부(20)와,와이어(W)의 단부에 연결되도록 주요부(20)의 후방에 마련되는 와이어 연결부(40)를 구비하고, 공동(11) 내로의 단자 피팅(T)의 삽입 방향(ID)에 대하여 주요부(20)의 전단부 또는 그 전단부 근방, 그리고 와이어 연결부(40)의 기부측에는 적어도 하나의 둥근 부분 또는 테이퍼 부분이 마련되는 것인 단자 피팅.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 와이어 연결부(40)는 적어도 부분적으로 중첩하게 배치하여 와이어(W)의 단부와 연결하도록 크림핑되는 적어도 한쌍의 크림핑 부재(44A, 44B)를 포함하는 포장지 타입의 적어도 하나의 와이어 크림핑부(40)를 구비하는 것인 단자 피팅.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 와이어 연결부(40)는 높이 방향을 따라 와이어 연결부(40)와 공동(11) 사이의 간극을 실질적으로 채우는 적어도 하나의 돌출부(45)를 포함하고, 와이어 연결부(40)는 와이어(W)의 단부에 연결되어 있는 것인 단자 피팅.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 주요부(20)에는 이 주요부(20) 내로 상대 단자의 탭을 삽입하는 것을 안내하기 위한 적어도 하나의 탭 안내부(32)가 마련되어 있는 것인 단자 피팅.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 탭 안내부(32)는 플레이트 부분(21)의 전방 가장자리로부터 플레이트 부분(21)의 플레이트 표면 방향을 따라 짧은 거리를 연장시킨 후에 실질적으로 내측을 향해 만곡시킴으로써 주요부(20)의 플레이트 부분(21)에 형성되는 것인 단자 피팅.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 탭 안내부(32)의 선단부는 탭과 접촉하게 되는 탄성 접촉편(30)의 전단부와 반경 방향 위치가 실질적으로 동일한 것인 단자 피팅.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 둥근 부분 또는 테이퍼 부분(33)은 주요부(20)의 플레이트 부분(21)에 있는 소정 각도의 코너를 모따기 또는 엠보싱 가공하여 형성되는 것인 단자 피팅.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 주요부(20)에는 상기 공동(11) 내에 마련된 로킹부(13)와 결합 가능한 로킹 돌기(25)가 마련되어 있는 것인 단자 피팅.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 둥근 부분 또는 테이퍼 부분(33)의 실질적으로 반대측 지점에서 공동(11) 내로의 단자 피팅(T)의 삽입 방향(ID)에 대하여 주요부(20)의 전단부에 또는 그 근방에 적어도 하나의 보조적인 둥근 부분 또는 테이퍼 부분(24A)이 마련되어 있는 것인 단자 피팅.
- 하나 이상의 공동(11)이 형성되어 있는 커넥터 하우징(10)을 구비하는 커넥터로서, 제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 적어도 하나의 단자 피팅(T)이 와이어(W)의 단부에 고정된 후에 적어도 부분적으로 삽입되는 것인 커넥터.
