Claims (4)
- 콤프레션 유로와 리바운드 유로를 구비하되, 상기 리바운드 유로는 피스톤 몸체와 리바운드 리테이너가 각각 복수의 리바운드홀을 구비한 채로 상, 하 조립되어 형성되는 쇽업소버의 피스톤 밸브에 있어서,상기 피스톤 몸체의 저면과 상기 리바운드 리테이너의 윗면에 각각 형성된 채 서로에 대해 접하여 리바운드 유로 형성을 위한 리바운드홀을 연통시키는 시트면과;서로 접하는 시트면에 서로 대응되게 형성되어, 서로에 대해 끼워 맞춤되는 양각부 및 음각부를;포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 쇽업소버의 피스톤 밸브.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 피스톤 몸체의 시트면과 상기 리바운드 리테이너의 시트면 각각은, 반지름 방향으로 안쪽에 형성된 인너 시트면들과, 반지름 방향으로 바깥쪽에 형성되는 아웃터 시트면들로 이루어지되, 상기 양각부 및 음각부는 서로 접하는 인너 시트면에 서로 대응되게 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 쇽업소버의 피스톤 밸브.
- 청구항 2에 있어서, 상기 양각부와 음각부는 각각 일정 간격을 갖고서 복수개로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 쇽업소버의 피스톤 밸브.
- 청구항 3에 있어서, 상기 피스톤 몸체와 상기 리바운드 리테이너는, 상기 복수의 양각부와 음각부에 의해 서로 조립될 때 각각에 형성된 리바운드홀들 사이의 관계가 항상 일정하도록, 상기 양각부, 음각부, 그리고 리바운드홀 각각의 개수 및 간격이 결정됨을 특징으로 하는 쇽업소버의 피스톤 밸브.
