Claims (57)
- 하나 이상의 탄성체;탄성체에 분산되는 투과성 감소 입자들;약 170℃ 미만의 연화점과 약 50℃ 이상의 유리 전이 온도를 갖는 테르펜 수지(terpene resin)를 포함하는 가스 배리어 층을 형성하기에 적합한 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,탄성체는 디엔 고무를 포함하는 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,탄성체는 스티렌 부타디엔 고무를 포함하는 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,탄성체는 부틸렌 중합체 또는 그 공중합체를 포함하는 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,탄성체는 할로겐화 부틸렌 중합체 또는 그 공중합체를 포함하는 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,탄성체는 브롬화 폴리이소부틸렌 또는 브롬화 이소부틸렌 메틸 스티렌 공중합체를 포함하는 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,탄성체는 디엔 고무와 부틸렌 중합체 또는 그 공중합체의 혼합물을 포함하는 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,탄성체는 디엔 고무와 부틸렌 중합체 또는 그 공중합체로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 탄성체들의 혼합물을 포함하는 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,수지는 약 70℃ 이상의 유리 전이 온도를 갖는 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,수지는 약 140℃미만의 연화점을 갖는 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,수지는 폴리리모넨(polylimonene), 폴리(알파 또는 베타)피넨(pinene), 또는 그 혼합물들을 포함하는 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,수지는 약 1 내지 약 50phr의 양으로 조성물에 존재하는 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,투과성 감소 입자들은 광물계 충전재를 포함하는 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,투과성 감소 입자들은 층상규산염(phyllosilicate)을 포함하는 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,투과성 감소 입자들은 유기변성 층상규산염을 포함하는 조성물.
- 제 15 항에 있어서,층상규산염은 표면활성제에 의해 변성되는 조성물.
- 제 16 항에 있어서,층상규산염은 소듐 몬모릴로나이트(montmorillonite)를 포함하고 표면활성제는 4원 암모늄염 v표면활성제를 포함하는 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,투과성 감소 입자들은 약 1 내지 약 25phr의 양으로 조성물에 존재하는 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,투과성 감소 입자들은 약 5 내지 약 20 phr의 양으로 조성물에 존재하는 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,투과성 감소 입자들은 약 3 내지 약 15phr의 양으로 조성물에 존재하는 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,조성물은 카본 블랙, 점성 수지와 하나 이상의 경화제(curative)를 추가로 포함하는 조성물.
- 하나 이상의 탄성체를 포함하며, 탄성체에 분산된 투과성 감소 입자들을 수용하며, 약 170℃미만의 연화점과 약 50℃이상의 유리 전이 온도를 갖는 테르펜 수지를 추가로 수용하는 필름을 포함하는 팽창 물품을 통한 산소 유동 억제에 적합한 가스 배리어 층.
- 제 22 항에 있어서,탄성체는 디엔 고무를 포함하는 가스 배리어 층.
- 제 22 항에 있어서,탄성체는 스티렌 부타디엔 고무를 포함하는 가스 배리어 층.
- 제 22 항에 있어서,탄성체는 부틸렌 중합체 또는 그 공중합체를 포함하는 가스 배리어 층.
- 제 22 항에 있어서,탄성체는 할로겐화 부틸렌 중합체 또는 그 공중합체를 포함하는 가스 배리어 층.
- 제 22 항에 있어서,탄성체는 브롬화 폴리이소부틸렌 또는 브롬화 이소부틸렌 메틸 스티렌 공중합체를 포함하는 가스 배리어 층.
- 제 22 항에 있어서,필름은 디엔 고무들과 부틸렌 중합체들 또는 그 공중합체들로 구성된 그룹으 로부터 선택된 탄성체들의 혼합물을 함유하는 가스 배리어 층.
- 제 22 항에 있어서,수지는 약 70℃ 이상의 유리 전이 온도를 갖는 가스 배리어 층.
- 제 22 항에 있어서,수지는 약 140℃ 미만의 연화점을 갖는 가스 배리어 층.
- 제 22 항에 있어서,수지는 폴리리모넨을 포함하는 가스 배리어 층.
- 제 22 항에 있어서,수지는 약 5 내지 50phr의 양으로 조성물에 존재하는 가스 배리어 층.

- 제 22 항에 있어서,탄성체는 부틸렌 중합체 또는 그 공중합체를 포함하고 수지는 약 140℃미만 의 연화점과 약 70℃이상의 유리 전이 온도를 갖는 테르펜을 포함하고, 상기 테르펜은 약 1 내지 50phr의 양으로 필름에 존재하는 가스 배리어 층.
- 외부 측면 및 내부 측면을 형성하며, 일반적으로 U자형인 단면을 갖는 카커스;카커스와 결합하며, 탄성체, 탄성체에 분산된 투과성 감소 입자들, 약 50℃이상의 유리 전이 온도와 약 170℃미만의 연화점을 갖는 테르펜 수지를 포함하는 배리어 층을 포함하는 타이어.
- 제 41 항에 있어서,탄성체는 -[CH2-C(R1)(R2)]n-의 식을 갖는 재료를 포함하며, 여기서 R1과 R2는 독립적으로 수소, 알킬 그룹, 아릴(aryl) 그룹 또는 알릴(allyl) 그룹이고 R1과 R2는 같거나 또는 상이할 수 있는 타이어.
- 제 41 항에 있어서,탄성체는 스티렌 부타디엔 고무를 포함하는 타이어.
- 제 41 항에 있어서,탄성체는 부틸렌 중합체 또는 그 공중합체를 포함하는 타이어.
