Claims (12)
- 하나 또는 그 이상의 단위전지들을 내장하고 있는 중대형 전지팩용 전지 카트리지로서, 전체적인 형상은 적층이 용이한 판상 구조로 이루어져 있고, 카트리지들 상호간의 전기적 연결을 위한 접속부재가 카트리지들의 적층 과정에서 상호간에 결속될 수 있는 체결식 구조로 이루어져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지 카트리지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 카트리지는 단위전지의 외측면을 고정한 상태로 상호 체결되는 한 쌍의 장방형 프레임 부재들로 이루어져 있으며, 하나 또는 둘 이상의 판상형 단위전지들이 측면으로 배열되어 프레임 부재들 사이에 장착되고 단위전지들의 전극단자들을 연결하기 위한 버스 바가 상단 프레임에 부착되어 있는 것으로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지 카트리지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 접속부재는 소켓형 접속부재와 플러그형 접속부재로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지 카트리지.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 소켓형 접속부재는 만입부가 형성되어 있는 본체의 측면에 단위전지의 전극단자에 접속될 수 있는 접속부가 돌출되어 있는 구조로 이루어져 있고, 상기 플러그형 접속부재는 상기 만입부에 체결될 수 있는 돌출부가 형성되어 있는 본체의 측면에 단위전지의 전극단자에 접속될 수 있는 접속부가 돌 출되어 있는 구조로 이루어져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지 카트리지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 접속부재는 카트리지에 일체로서 형성되어 있거나 조립되어 장착되는 구조인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지 카트리지.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 카트리지가 상호 체결되는 한 쌍의 장방형 프레임 부재들로 이루어져 있고, 상기 접속부재는 그것의 본체가 프레임 부재 사이에 장착되어 고정되고 돌출부 또는 만입부가 외부로 노출되도록 조립되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지 카트리지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 단위전지는 리튬 이차전지인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지 카트리지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 단위전지는 파우치형 전지인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지 카트리지.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 하나에 따른 다수 개의 전지 카트리지들이 체결식 접속부재에 의해 기계적 결속과 전기적 연결이 이루어진 상태로 적층되어 있는 전지모듈로서, 최상부 카트리지의 상단에 카트리지의 형상에 대응하는 커버 플레이트가 장착되고, 최하부 카트리지의 하단에 카트리지의 형상에 대응하는 베이스 플레이트가 장착되며, 상기 커버 플레이트와 베이스 플레이트에는 상기 접속부재의 돌출부 또는 만입부와 체결될 수 있는 대응 체결홈 또는 체결돌기가 형성되어 있고 이들과 통전되는 외부 입출력 단자가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지모듈.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 전지 카트리지는 그것의 상단 일측면에 소켓형 접속부재가 형성되어 있고 하단 일측면에 플러그형 접속부재가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지모듈.
- 제 9 항 또는 제 10 항에 따른 하나 또는 둘 이상의 전지 모듈을 포함하는 것으로 구성된 중대형 전지팩.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 상기 전지팩은 전기자동차 또는 하이브리드 전기자동차의 동력원으로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 중대형 전지팩.
